We walked in and we’re sold on an hour and a half worth of bowling for five people paid $15 from the heavier set Asian lady working the desk. During that hour and a half multiple times our bowling lane would go down, halting our game to the point where I had decided to go and asked for a lane switch this killed about 10 minutes worth of time. She then promised us extra time at the end. 12 o’clock rolls around and we still have some time left of our game and we are still bowling with about five minutes left in our game. I go up asking for the extra time that we were promised and paid for.. She then declined, saying that our extra time was the time she let us play after closing, and that she wasn’t even supposed to sell us on that time. Why would you even sell us on that time then if you are not able to fulfill that and then why make a second empty promise saying we’ll get extra time for the bowling lane going down this is not make sense in anyway. I spent 10 minutes debating with her on why she should give us the time that we paid for no matter what her policy says because she made the promise and represents the bowling alley at that time. They spent about 10 minutes and if she had just let us bowl that 10 minutes that would’ve been no problem but instead she got worked up and talked to me with a very terrible attitude when we could’ve just been bowling out and had a great night. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable and the fact that she told me she’s been in customer service and she was 16 shows that she’s learned nothing from it. Bowling was fun. Service was terrible. She does not deserve the job she has

The actual bowling alley and associated services are fine. The problem is that you won't actually get to bowl here. Suncoast has decided to give 100% of their lanes to the leagues and leave 0 lanes free for public access. They do this every single evening, so if you ever want to go bowling after work, too bad. I was told I could bowl before 5, while I'm at work, or after 10. Five hours every night during the peak of every business at zero availability? What were they thinking?
Update: Can't bowl any weekday evening because of league, started bowling during the daytime and now we're getting shut out by school leagues. They left exactly two lanes open and they're the worst most broken lanes. 63 has a crack so big it's like bowling off a ramp. Would subtract my one star if I could.

Inside the SunCoast casino 2nd floor. Awesome prices, very nice staff, clean restrooms and LOTS of lanes. Ball selection is not the best, but you can manage. Thumb holes are small. Hey give fat thumbs some love lol. Bowled 2 hours and had a great time. I say check it out.
