Today(July 4, 2023, @8:10pm), we visited the Encore Hotel and decided to get some chips from this store. When we are about to pay. I saw my children start putting candies on the countertop. I told them not to get no more candies. Because we just got back from the Hershey Store and got a full plastic bag of chocolate. One of the cashiers just rolls her eyes at me and did it several times. I got really upset and asked why she giving me a face. Instead of apologizing she still gives me that bad attitude. To get it worst her co-worker told her to call the security. I am like what a freaked. Seriously? Their excuse is that she not feeling well. I will not recommend going to this store. Bad customer service. I hope they get the Karma.

Wynn/Encore has two 24/7 'Sundries Shops' that are, essentially, very VERY small convenience/souvenir shops. On the Encore-side, it is next to the Encore Tower elevators. On the Wynn-side, it is currently next to the Awakening Theatre entrance. There was once a much larger 24/7 'Wynn Drugstore/Giftshop,' on the main floor facing the casino, until the space was given over to a Balenciaga storefront. (There is currently also a very very very small "Wynn Signature Shop," also near the Awakening Theatre entrance, that vends a bit of Wynn-branded apparel.)Over the years, I have repeatedly visited Encore Sundries & Wynn Drugstore/Giftshop, first as a repeating Vegas tourist, then as a 'living-here' local, to snag a variety of Wynn-branded items, most of which I still use/have: everything from polo shirts to playing card decks to stylish small carry-cases. And, when I was tourist-ing from back East, I would also pick up from these shops some very nice Wynn-branded leather totebags and similar gifts for my lady friends back home. My gripe is that the quality and quantity of these Wynn-branded items has vastly diminished, into almost nothing, in recent years. On my most recent visit, the stock of polo shirts was meager, though they used to stock them robustly, in a variety of fabrics, sizes and colors. In terms of quality Wynn-branded items, well it looks as though what is still in these shops is just a mish-mash of left-over items waiting to be sold-off and/or cleared-out.Now I am sure that Wynn management made this change from an intentional, informed and intelligent perspective; that the historical profit & sales data recommended better use of the space & shelves. Even so, it seems odd that one of the largest and most honored 5-star resorts in America is not making self-branded items/souvenirs of quality available for purchase by the massive number of people who patronize the property. EVEN IF those items are not 'absolutely maximizing' the profit out of the modest space they require to display. Could you EVEN IMAGINE Disneyland/World not vending any Mickey Mouse merch? Previous patrons, who were sufficiently impressed with their Wynn experience to purchase quality Wynn-branded items and take them back to where-ever all over the country and even throughout the world, they now have them within their households where they serve as a constant reminder of their superior experience at Wynn, a continual gentle nudge to considering returning to the property. And those items also 'advertise' that superior experience to the others around them who see these items as well. And offering such items in such a willy-nilly piecemeal fashion presents the appearance that Wynn does not even view its own brand image as having much value or status.Numbers are important in managing ... however the MOST important numbers in managing are unknown and unknowable.

Perfect assortment just nice to have to lean on, oddly rly cute souvenirs too. Their candy and snakcs assortment is great and somehow we always end up here instead mini bar in room ahah

I've been to this place on two separate trips in the last few years. The last time I went it didn't seem to have as many elegant female items it became more universal. My gal pal & I have still been dying to return to Vegas for a few things, (the food ofcourse) and one main reason is to go to this gift shop. They have the best accessories also when you call they remember if you request more accessories like they had a few years ago they said they can resupply. People love gifts from this place in our history. One of a kind things. They're expensive, but elite lovely things especially when you share the Sundries box. It brings a little classy vaycay feel. Also for any fragile items ask about shipping. In our experience they're able to assist for delegate items and help hunt down anything else needed. They'll usually have elegant memorable one of a kind lil things very feminine. They may surprise from mirrors to barrettes, classy designs on things. There's a robe they were displaying that we wished we bought at the time. It was expensive like at least maybe $250. But when you still both want something so much five years later ...yea, lol so we are dying to get one but sounds like they could order it in advance prior to my trip so that I would need to wait and get it live (so beautiful & silky with butterflies on it.) Also they'll have great hats, flip flops, sometimes cute jewelry...They also have functional male items cigars and liquor store items; everything else you may need crave or have forgotten at home. Yes my dear friend (both of us parents busy separate lives lol yet) we've been planning in our dreams my next work schedule and her need to travel as my assistant. We did this together about 7 years ago. We're planning the whole future fantasy around this store and our search for their memorabilia hahaha we don't get out much hopefully in 2022 we need a work vaycay together so bad, she & I. Sundries is our place.

I really don’t get all of the negative reviews on this store because if you honestly expect a little souvenir/convenience store to be adequately priced when it’s literally located next to the elevators of Encore’s guest rooms, then you have got to be kidding me.Come prepared to drop a bit of cash if you are looking for basic goods. But you’re staying at encore, so these rates should not surprise you at all...Contrary to most of the reviews here, I really liked the shop. I came in looking for a t shirt but found that the sizing was a bit too small and the selection far too few for my liking. They did have an end of season sale so if you wanted to buy some shirts and hats from Encore Beach Club or Xs you totally could. We didn’t want to look like promoters on the strip though, so we passed on that.The boyfriend did buy me an adorable white Wynn logo hat with rose gold embroidery for $28.I also ended up purchasing a couple Wynn branded chocolate bars for $4-5 a pop.It’s covid. The hotels need our money now more than ever. We had no issue paying for these prices.The employees here are nice and definitely not intrusive which I always appreciate. Best part about this store is that it is open 24/7! I definitely would have purchased a few more paraphernalia but didn’t want to come home with too many goodies. Maybe next time!

Wide variety of selection and spacious environment and friendly service. Smiles and greetings. It is in a convenient location. A great place to buy snacks for travel and other last minute items. Health options. Souvenirs. A wonderful little corner shop. Everyone seemed happy.

I mean...... everything in here is pretty much overpriced, but its pretty convenient you know. They have some fresh fruits here however a great life hack to know is that they also have fresh fruits for you at the gym as well so yeah

This is a little store in the Encore by the elevators that take you up to the guest rooms in the tower. It sells, alcohol, bottled drinks, cigars, snacks, candy, souvenirs, etc. I stopped in a couple of times during my trip and while it's not cheap it's very convenient. Each time the staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful and answer questions. I had never had a Chuao chocolate bar before and let me tell you, that won't be my last one. Yum!
