My husband was looking to move in the area, we stopped by just to see what Sunstone looked like. I was impressed after meeting the young lady named Chelsea. I believe we found our new residence.

I’ve been looking to move into a new apartment and most complexes that I call give you bare minimum information and rush you off of the phone. That was NOT my experience with Sunstone. I spoke with Chelsea and she was very patient and understanding. She helped answer every question I had and really made me feel heard. I’m highly considering moving to Sunstone when my current lease is up!

I called in acquiring info about the sunstone property by the photos present online. The agent Chelsea was very professional , helpful with my questions & concerns. I felt very welcomed with her assistance.

Maintenance team paul and christian are outstanding and very punctualAnd very well knowledgeable about all appliances. The ladys in the front office lorraine and chelsea are very knowledgeable about the leasing aspect of things and were helpful in many ways possible

I recently called to get pricing on a 2 bedroom and was blown away by the good pricing. I’m looking to relocate from California & Sunstone will be the place I call home in Jan. I spoke with a lady named Chelsea & she was so kind. I look forward to my move in the future.

My move in experience was a little rocky.. although it didn’t go as planned because of some problems in my apartment Lorraine was so amazing and really went above & beyond for us. Now that I’m all settled into my apartment I couldn’t be happier!

My son recently moved into a Sunstone apartment. It has been a fantastic experience from first contact to move-in. Shout out to Lorraine who makes every tenant feel as if they are the most important one. She has gone out of her way to make the process easy and simple and has been so good to work with. The property is clean and the units are a great value.

Looking for apartments is always incredibly stressful for me. I’m bouncing back and forth from possibilities to stay in Vegas or not. These apartments are definitely one of my top contenders for if I stay here, solely for the lovely staff. Lorraine specifically has helped me a couple of times, showing me around the complex and answering all of my questions, regardless of how small or unimportant. She’s very friendly, and has a very lighthearted way of helping. Very comfortable! She gave me so much helpful information, and was very kind when showing me around the pool, laughing when I cracked jokes and just all around being very warm. I do also appreciate the greenery and the gym, it makes it feel much more comfortable and live-able. If I end up returning and signing to stay here, Lorraine is the person I will go to for all my needs!

I was planning to move to Las Vegas and had looked at these apartments as a friend had recommended them. I want to give a shout-out to Lorraine, who was very friendly and helpful when speaking to her over the phone as well as in person when I came to look at the unit I was interested in. If anyone is looking at these apartments for moving, I would DEFINITELY recommend working with Lorraine!

I moved in a few weeks ago , and I am very happy with my decision to move in here , great location , it’s quiet , it definitely feels like home.Lorraine has been great , very attentive & helpful, she guided me in every step of the way , and was always there to explain every question i had .

It was definitely a privilege working with the Sunstone Staff during my search for a new home! They made the process very simple and were very helpful along the process. I met Dee, the manager I believe, and she was extremely kind and accommodating while I navigated the rental application.
