Difficult to book an appointment. There seems to never be enough workers! ONE person working from 9 am-noon with quite a few walk-ins AND appointments! She also had to answer the phone, interrupting the haircut. Many walk-ins left because of the long wait to be serviced by ONE stylist and no receptionist. This location is severely understaffed! I would give one star, but my stylist was excellent and she had a great attitude even though she was overworked!

So I'm a recovering cancer patient..I had scheduled with Ana couple times and cancelled,due to hospital.she was still patient and friendly.i saw her finally and even though my hair wasn't what I expected she attempted to fix it ,no worries no hesitation.was very long day ...I wanted blonde and it came out red copper ,it still reddish orangish but,she so professional and worked alone and hustled I couldn't be upset I'm grateful I have hair to explore lol...update when I tried to contact her like she said to fix missed spots she ignored me..I did text Donna VP and I kinda felt like I am to blame , what and why did my hair do this ? But no offer to fix or anything to address my frustrations..sad I had even bought her Starbucks..I guess I should of exploded at the time too nice you get treated badly ..I won't return to any Supercuts ever ..for what I paid I could have gone to a nice salon and got what I wanted don't go here people..I hate to say but ..they don't care about their customers it should of been a happy recorded day of my regrowth cut ..also did tik Tok update for my followers and cancer group

I definitely am super pleased with my haircut Anna did an amazing job.. I will definitely be coming back. It was clean great customer service great atmosphere I liked everything about this place

When I went for haircut the woman who did the cut did exactly the opposite on this what I wanted. I needed to go again and Ana try very hard to correct the damage but was not possible because the hair in front was very short and not even. Really, really bad experience

I wish I was able to give a zero star review in all honesty. The girl who cut my hair did horrible. The fade I asked for was a high fade, then the girl proceeded to give me a mid fade and both my left side and right side were uneven and patchy including the top of my head. The girl used clippers for the back of my head but when she asked how short I wanted it off the top she proceeded with scissors! right side of my head is darker and fuller of hair and my right side was actually faded to the skin like I asked and expected. the line up wasn't even a line up. the lady who did it took like 15 minutes. The hair cut I asked for was a short buzz cut (maybe like a 5 guard off the top) and a high skin fade and she couldn't even accomplish that. there was also a worker there asking question as if she got hired on the spot and knows nothing or cutting hair. I'm not sure if the both of them went to any type of barber school or what? but that whole place need to get shut down ASAP! But hey, what can you expect from A SuperCuts?

I recently got my haircut here, I was looking for a bob a little longer then my chin , the girl in the black is the picture I brought in. The stylist was nice overall but unfortunately, she did a hack job! As you can see the right half is longer then the left. On the shorter side there is also inconsistencies in the length. Since my hair was still wet when I left the salon I thought perhaps I just needed to dry it and it would sort itself out, unfortunately I was very wrong. I got it fixed at another salon! They couldn’t believe any hairstylist would let me leave the salon like that. Overall, I cannot recommend you do business here, I would suggest saving a little more money and going to a salon you know will care about quality.Service: Haircut

Don't waste your time making an appointment, when they just lie to get you in the store. That's a cute response but actions speak louder then an automated response.also I don't want anything personally. I just want you to have a better system. If I make an appointment I should be priority. Or whats the point of having a appointment system?Service: Hairstyling

Place charges $23 (before tip) for a 10 minute haircut using a beard trimmer and zero attention to detail lmao Don't waste your $ paying salon/legit barber prices and go somewhere they know how to cut hair.

Took my baby girl in to get layers and specifically told Ana to do front face layers down to a v I trusted her with my daughters long thick hair yet she only layered it to the shoulders and left the rest of her hair long with no layers it looks horrible don’t trust her with your hair !!! If you don’t know how to cut a certain way say that don’t just snip away at hair and pretend to know what you’re doing !! I’m sad she was so excited for a new look and now she regrets it since it wasn’t properly done it literally looks like a long hair mullet.

Got their at 10am and had to book a 2pm appointment arrived at 1:30 pm cut my hair at 1:45. Good customer service however do not ask for a fade because u will be disappointed. Worst fade ever!
