After feeling incredibly discouraged and exhausted from visiting a handful of pawn shops in the Las Vegas area, I was finally treated with respect and professionalism by Nancy, the manager at this SuperPawn location. I brought in two expensive OTF knives, as well as a unique full-tang samurai dagger and a set of JBL headphones. Nancy was honest stating I likely won’t get my money’s worth because knives are not hot sellers at her shop. I understood and she was willing to work with me. She gave a fair price to buy them and even added a little extra seeming empathetic to my situation. Thank you for saving the day Nancy! My dogs & I are grateful there are still people out there who respect others and take pride in their work. You absolutely lead by example. Happy holidays 🙏

If you think you are getting a good deal at Superpawn, think again. The second hand, used, and abused items specially jewelry are overly priced on what theyre trully worth. Sales associates are stingy in giving discounts unlike 10-15 years ago. Other Jewelry stores that sell brand new jewelry have much much better pricing and youre also getting brand new items. Shop around before going to Superpawn for your moneys' worth, youll be suprised at how cheaper to buy at a jewelry store than this pawnshop.

Lady tried to help me unbelievably lied directly in my face that's okay left with my expensive power tools went to a different location without hesitation offered me a fairly good price for my items again I state , go to a trashy location expect for trashy service

I waited in line for about 15 minutes and watched a customer who came in after me get assisted before I was. I wanted to sell a portable AC unit I bought from a different Super Pawn for $150 earlier this year only to get told by the employee in store that they could offer me $45 for it. It was a waste of my time being lowballed after waiting 15 minutes and bringing the heavy AC unit with me

Two lazy female managers where by the registers and instead of one of them taking my payment they call another employee that was by the door to help me “ ladies just because you are managers does not mean you pawn off customers to other employees, lead by example”

Came 6/29 at 4:35pm, they said they were already closed when it says 5:00pm online. Closing 30mins early is already a bad impression. However they ended up letting me in all rushed. As I wanted to see some tools I tried to get one of the employees attention by the name Brice, however he was gossiping with another employee ignoring me so I felt awkward interrupting. As he looked at me I asked to see the tools and he said to give him a sec since he was busy gossiping with another employee.
After he let me see the tools and kept gossiping with another employee very loud I already felt unwelcomed. Overall this was a very bad taste to my mouth with the customer service. I will not be coming back to this location.

Came into the store and Brice the assistant manager helped me out. I was very satisfied with his customer service and I rate him 5 stars. Will be coming back.

Carmen was Very Unprofessional and was very rude, didn’t even type in the model or serial number for a controller I was trying to pawn. Very rude and disrespectful won’t be coming here again.

I pawned a brand new air fryer and they used it. They didn't even clean it properly. What kind of people are you all? Please stop underestimating people. No class!!
