I went in to pawn my .300 Christensen and arms mag rifle and .9mm sig sauer 1911 X5 handgun about 9 months ago. I had been paying on the extension for 8 months now. Well this last month I wasn’t going to make it in for the payment so I called and asked what can I do because I will not be in. The gal on the phone told me that if you can’t make the payment date ( not because I didn’t have the money but because I was attending a death in my family ), and the gal told me she will put my rifle and my .9mm hand gun 1911 sig sauer X5 on hold for a buy back. And that you have about 5 days to come in after the due date to buy both guns back. Well I went to go in about 4 days later and super pawn on desert inn and valley view sold my weapons to 2 other customers I have been going to super pawn for over 10 years now. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in that store and they said there’s nothing I can do. I spoke to a manager named Christian and the store manager Katrina. They both said I am absolutely screwed and there’s nothing they will do for me. After I have been paying about 8 months for the extensions to extend my guns so I don’t lose them and then Superpawn screws up and they cannot help me when it’s their fault. People do not ever go to this store stay away from this store. All you need to do is read all the other reviews and it will say it all. STAY AWY THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE LIARS ONKY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES. Take your business to a different pawn shop do not ever go to a Superpawn go to big Shawn’s or max pawn they have treated me perfect.

Consistently Horrible Service
The women have atitudes and have horrible communication skills, The men are focused on looking cool and move VERY SLOW and unfocused on the task infront of them. The inviroment is uncomfortable and ultimately if you call, they will put you on hold untill you decide to hang up or literally talk to you as if you are bothering them.

Really not happy as a consistent multi purchase customer about what they allow as acceptable customer service had a miscommunication issues with two different stores telling me the process about how to pay for a item at one and pick it up the next day at the original location. Now after getting the run around they say I will lose 150 bucks of consistent payments because of TWO stores miscommunication there’s and the northwest store. If this is what they think acceptable losing a 10 plus firearm layaway customer over 150 bucks then I guess the other 3 stores can get the money.
There resolution is to call corporate on Monday to see if they’re willing to help which I’m not thinking will happen if anything changes I’ll update the review.

Be careful buying a gun here I bought a ruger 10/22 that had a faulty trigger hammer and when I notified them they stated all guns are sold as is

Tennille is awesome very friendly helpful and welcoming. She got me a great deal on everything I looked at. We went to another location of super pawn and no one welcomed us or offered help. This location has great vibes and smiling faces.

This has to be my favorite pawn shop in town. Sometimes i have to stay away or else i always find great deals. If you need exceptional service, just ask for Denton. He is a good guy & will take care of you! Thanks again. I pretty much go to every pawn shop in the city. Great team you guys have at this store.

Not good I’m doing backgrounds checks does not have very much knowledge on that. can wait up to a month to get your background cleared. Sometimes very rude cursing at each other In front of customers. Not professional at all. I’ve spent $24,000+dollars in 2020-2022 now take my business elsewhereTwo Employees that are the worst to deal with Jorge & DentonPSDoesn’t feel welcoming
