DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS This place RACIST. I am a black woman. Last night I walked into this place and instantly got looked up and down with stank face by five Hispanic employees. And they decided to completely ignore me and leave me standing there holding something heavy that I came to sell. So I approached one of the counters and the man with the mustache shewed me away from the counter like a fly. I stood there looking around at all of these employees on their phones and then finally Mr mustache called out to one of them forcing him to assist me at the counter. At the counter he said how much are you trying to get. The product I had was clearly worth 80 but I said 50 because I don't want it anymore and without touching the computer he looked me up and down and said 20 while giving me continuous stank face and looking me up and down.. mind you I am a business woman that had just gotten off work so I was still in my business attire .. I quietly walked out. I will be contacting management. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

Have done several transactions recently with this establishment using my temporary ID card. In conjunction with a physical ID (expired or otherwise) this has been accepted. During my visit today I was told by a different employee that they emphatically cannot accept my identification. Upon asking about my previous accepted transactions, I was stared at blankly as he denied responsibility. No attempt was made to rectify the situation, and they offered no alternatives to assist me. This is an establishment that uses shady business practices. Who will use whatever excuse applicable to avoid a hassle. I urge any self respecting person living in vegas, if you are low on cash, there are plenty of other options.

This place sucks. The guy at the counter franky yelled at me for being rude when I set the tools on the counter then proceeded to tell his manager I was rude and he was helping out. I felt racially profiled by all the people in this store. We agreed on a price and then when I was signing the paperwork the amount was different from what we agreed on. Don’t use this place go somewhere else.

It's been a while since I've been in there but it is my favorite pawn shop. The gentleman that always helped me was courteous, professional and had a charm to him that was witty and friendly. I think he was the manager but can't say for sure. He always gave me more than I expected for my items and made me comfortable doing business with him. I highly recommend this location for your buying and selling adventures!
