Really bad service they lie to me when I buy a gold pendant she said it was diamonds on it and then it was fake diamond, I asked for corporation phone number she gave me a number with a suspended line!!!! So it's not wait for me to claim nowhere

I’d give them zero if I could. No professionalism. They want your items for dirt cheap. Just to sell your item at x3 the price you sold it for. I went to trade in some shoes and they wouldn’t take mine, despite having shoes for sale that were in worse condition. They don’t even have enough items in the store to warrant you shopping there. Theres much better pawn shops that have better customer service, deals, and payouts for your items. I’ve come here enough to know it’s the same regardless of who’s on shift.
Update - Went back to try and trade in PowerBeats Pro 2. $250 pair of headphones retail. They’re used but condition is like new with charger. They offered me $25????? When they literally have older model headphones & BEATS priced more than double what they were offering me. Think about that. Also the women helping seemed more interested in getting me out her face than providing an experience that will make me feel comfortable doing business there. I was giving them another chance but I’m good. Plenty of other Pawn shops with Bare Minimum better customer service experience.

Horrible customer service coming straight from manager , I have a really good record with pawn and paying back , manger made things more complicated then any other location, seeing all the bad reviews makes a lot of sense

Walter is pretty new but I didn’t know that until he told me while we were speaking. Amazing customer service greeted me as I came in I definitely enjoyed talking to him today. And he was excellent with helping me today.

Probably the worst pawn store that I have ever been in. Very rude personnel that love to push their liberal political agenda on you and step on your constitutional rights. I came in there to do some business not get into a political debate with an employee with a sub 100 Intelligence quotient. Ended up going down the street to Bargain Pawn. Much better people to deal with and very knowledgeable. Will NEVER set foot in ANY SuperPawn, anywhere, ever again.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY DATA IN YOUR DEVICES!!! i left my playstation account on my ps4 after i sold it to them and now im getting emails that somebody is trying to make purchases with my credit card!!!

I've gone to them several times hoping they would at least be fair and they don't so I don't do business with them. Don't charge me for a TV and remote when there's no remote. Don't try to sell a console with no controller. Y'all bogus every time I come in.

I took my oculus quest 2 complete in box... Well taken care. They only wanted to give 30 $ hahaha . It's worth used 250 $ . What a joke .
