This people will make you waste your time I called ahead to make sure they was doing loans on a item I had drove to the store just to get told they are not taking the item no more I wasted and gas plus the managers and employees are really rude avoid this place

Nick and their assistant manager are amazing I been stepping in here for a few years now always go check out the deals and grab a few movies/video games on the way out they always welcome me in with open arms always ask me hows the family I catch myself talking to them as if we were family hands down the best customer service in any buisness in general in my opinion I literally never go to another super pawn just because of the workers here they are all amazing CHECK OUT THE DEALS! - SERGIO

Me and my wife stopped by as we were walking to Denny's to grab some food, Gabby helped us and we ended up making a purchase when we weren't planning on making one. But Gabby's great customer service we ended up getting two items .

I can't sing enough thanks for The Pawn Shop! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. I was on a quest to find an old-school radio for my 96-year-old mom—one that plugs into the wall and doesn't require Bluetooth or batteries. After scouring multiple stores with no luck, I was thrilled when I found exactly what I was looking for at The Pawn Shop.
A special shoutout to Shirley, whose outstanding customer service made all the difference. She was incredibly helpful and made sure I left with a perfect radio for my mom. Thanks to her, my mom is now enjoying her favorite stations just like she used to. If you're in need of excellent service and a great selection of items, this is the place to go. Thank you, Beth, for making both me and my mom so happy!

The level of service I experienced here was impeccable. Initially,when speaking to representative Cheryl she was Unknowledgeable in something's and was hard to understand. But,I think that was due to the language barrier.. So,I didn't fault her for that.Although,she didn't have the Answers.She went out of her way to find them and tried her best to accommodate me.She was approachable and spoke Kindly and that I appreciated. Based on My past Experience with the Company and it is Lengthy...My review Is solely based on the service that I received from The Manager Sherlita and Miss Frances..After I was treated so poorly at the location on Las Vegas boulevard near Cheyenne I came here and needless to say they single handedly Restored my Faith and opinion on the customer service that super pawn has to offer..They went out of their way to rectify the incompetence of the other Counterparts, which was greatly appreciated.That being said the reason I decided to write this review is to acknowledge their efforts. Because,clearly I could be on the other end of the spectrum which I was.. So, in closing kudos to them for making such a great effort and restoring my faith and ln humanity.. Keep up the Good work Ladies you're NEEDED, WANTED and VALUED just in case your Employer fails to tell u so...
