Very rude I went on December 12, 2025 the associates who were working the morning shift were very rude, Didn’t offered to help They were just talking in the front not paying attention to the people coming in. Not only that but the main Mexican looking dude that was working there looked at you like if you were about to rob the store

Seemed like there were just kids running the store today. No greeting, no direction until I asked the young lady working. The boys pricing items had their backs turned the 10 minutes I was in the store laughing to themselves helping a singular lady out. I just wouldn't reccommend this location for selling however they had fairly priced sporadic items from a spotlight to a beach ball.

If a box says video games for sale "$1-3" I expect the cashier to honor those prices, not look up the highest sold listings and waste my time. My last visit there.

Called 3/2/24 at 1:30 and a woman answered I wanted to see if I called the right location so I asked if she could look me up in the system and she said we are right by pep boys I said I don't know the area so if you could PLEASE look up my account, she then hung up in my face....

By far, the worst customer service I've ever received. Most of the employees have no idea what's going on. I waited over an hour, at one point everyone disappeared while I stood there waiting. if I could give a negative star review, I would.

Pawned my 3k engagement ring in perfect condition here back in May. I went to pick it up this last Saturday July 15th. Paid for it and inspected it only to find a crack in the band that went all the way through. This ring is new as it was bought in Feb. So it's not like there was much wear and tear on it.They tried to convince me that we dropped it off that way. I asked them to show me in their notes that the crack was there, they said there was no notes because they only inspect the diamonds and not the whole ring.... Come on. Don't play me like I'm stupid.They did agree to pay to have it sent to a jeweler and fixed but damn. How does a ring that is supposedly locked up for a month and a half sudden have a full on crack in it?I'll update my post once I get my ring back and see if it was fixed properly.UPDATE! I got my ring back and they had it soldered perfectly. While I'm not happy that it was damaged I am happy that they fixed it and did a good job at that.
