You have to make sure you test everything that you buy that is electronic please do that cuz if you don't you will be screwed by them I have a electric scooter at this particular location on layaway I was going to get it out for the $200 and take it home with me I noticed that when I first got it they never showed me how it worked and never tested it I even asked if I can test it out this day I put it on layaway and was denied because they are telling me that I can get a warranty on it so fast forward couple weeks later the end of the month of february 27th I went in to pay the whole thing out from layaway the $200 for the electric scooter so I asked one of the workers if I could just try it out real quick and see if it works politely he let me test it out in the parking lot and guess what power came on how to push start it and 5 seconds later it completely died on me knowing the fact that it was 90% charged and while it died out we try to power it on and nothing came on totally blank wow I was just about to pay the $200 and take it home with me good thing I wanted to test and try it out first I was just about to get juked by super pawn black lady that works there told me I can't try it out until I buy it first wow okay well you know what one of your co-workers let me try it out and good thing I did because now it doesn't work an online that says that there is a 3-day no question asked return policy as soon as I get there I mention that and then don't even honor that bad story learn from me never get anything from there that is electric

Larry helped me with some watches and I end up buying 5 + because he was so nice polite and decent a thing of the past we don’t see anymore or anywhere I will be back for sure and long as I get the respect that LARRY gave to me thank you Larry !!!! Your a super star and a true asset to the company super pawn !!!!

They used to be more flexible. They became leeches!!!! Go to John‘s Pawnshop and Jewelry and lower interest.

Honestly i have had bad experiences with pawn shops especially Super Pawn but this location is an exception. Staff was actually very friendly and helpful.

Agreed on a price here that worked. Small discount of less than 10% off full sticker price. Then the manager Melonie stepped in at the end and said no, charge him $9 more. Told me they would not sell at the price we had already agreed on. Why create a negative experience over a less than 10% discount from listed price and only $9? Obviously the price worked making money as the worker already approved it. Then went to test the item and didn’t have the pieces to make it work anyway, they never tested this item when they took it in. Poor customer service, doesn’t honor their word. You could end up with non functional items too.
