Most of the time good experience. New employee was abrupt and short as I was bringing in an item to have looked at. Not a welcoming response at all. I’m a long time customer, not anymore.

Worse manager I ever met in my life...disrespectful, rude, antagonistic then when called on her trash behavior tried to instigate a problem...but calmed that down quickly...Spoke to her higher ups in Texas will give yall update soon.

Jordan, Tomas, Amanda, Shanel
and Alysia were all super nice. I love coming to shop here as they always have super nice stuff for me to choose from. Customer service is always top-tier and I highly recommend stopping by here if you are looking for some nice cool stuff no matter what it is. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be returning.

Didn’t want to leave this review after being a good customer for a while but I had an issue with a payment and your allowed 3 days to redo it and my item was sold in those 3 days even tho I called multiple times and said I would be in to fix it. It should be held until the last courtesy day and then put up otherwise what’s the point of 3 days.

DO NOT GO HERE! Store employees are garbage. Management is garbage. This location is infamously awful. There is a much better pawn shop right down the road on W. Craig. You are welcome. 😁
