We came to this store to get my sister a pair of earrings since she forgot to bring hers on this trip. Cesar (I think that was his name) was the associate who helped us, and he was very friendly and helpful with his suggestions. He recommended that my sister try on the earrings before purchasing them, and I’m so glad he did because the first pair she wanted had oddly shaped posts, and she couldn’t get them on. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back to this store the next time I’m in Vegas, though probably not anytime soon.

Justin was helping me he was amazing and sweet. He even spoke Arabic which really surprised me! He really goes above and beyond for you!

Great store. So many sparkly, nice things! Cassandra was very helpful and adjusted a bracelet for me for a better fit. If you haven’t shopped for Swarovski recently, take another look!

Not sure how my review was taken down, but here we go again. The sales associate MAHOGANY was absolutely RUDE to myself and brother who shopped this store in the Miracle Mile. MAHOGANY thought my brother was being rude by talking on the phone to his wife to see which ring or necklace she wanted so the sales ASSociate called security for some reason. Not sure why she would call security when he was going to buy gifts. Again, the original 1 star review was removed and not sure why. Very poor customer service and very poor attitude by MAHOGANY. I’m not even sure if she works there any longer, but still warrants a 1 STAR REVIEW. Ugh!

Quality/Quantity - Complimentary chocolates! When did you start this? And is complimentary champagne next?My daughter did not let me post pictures of all the jewelry she said I bought...I learn every day how generous I am to her, LOL.Atmosphere - Consistent with the brand.Service - Adriana was perfect. My daughter met her on our last visit and was so impressed with her that she went back today and bought more stuff (sorry, she said I bought her more stuff). When Adriana bagged their jewelry, she added a box of truffles. They were amazing. I wish we got more. Then she told us that Swarovski sometimes offers sweets, especially during the holiday season. We are such loyal customers, I can't believe this is the first time we got a sweet. Price - Good value, sorry again she won't let me share what she, I mean I bought...Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1895! And still keeping the ownership in the family, 5th generation.

We had the pleasure of working with Paul at this location. He spent tons of time walking us through the history and vision of many of the pieces. It was a thrill to watch him in his element and sharing his passion with us during our time in the store. Paul was fabulous and even left us with recommendations on what to do and where to visit for the remainder of our trip. Thanks for an amazing experience!

The business opened late by about 10 minutes as I saw the sales associate towards the back of the store putting make up on while looking in the mirror. Upon finally entering the store two other ladies had already entered and after talking on the phone for two or three minutes, the sales associate asked the ladies they needed anything and they said no. She continued to talk on her phone for a couple more minutes before she asked me if I needed anything. In my opinion this is not

Good place, unfortunately understaffed like so many businesses after our government screwed up again which, who knows how long this will last. Got my bagel 15 minutes after my coffee which at this point was only luke warm.Btw, do not play Black Jack at any Caesars casinos in Vegas after they reduced the BJ payout to a measly 6 to 5, the odds of winning now is near nil.
