The staff was so helpful here with showing my mom multiple necklace styles. They were patient and answered all of our questions. I also left my phone accidentally, and they held it for nearly an hour 😠so grateful for JJ and the rest of the staff!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and had a great attitude when I came in looking for a bracelet that I liked the staff were very helpful in finding the item even though it was not available at the establishment then I wanted to try on 2 bracelets and they were very nice to let me try them on and asked if I wanted to buy online as they knew I was a tourist and I just wanted to buy it right away but I thought I should buy it online.

Sublime boutique and you can find jewelry there that you can't find elsewhere. The saleswoman even speaks a little French. Honestly Top!

I had a very pleasant experience. Sabrina was very helpful with my questions and selections. There was a minor mixup with the color of an item I purchased vs what was given to me. I didn’t notice until I left the mall. I called, explained the situation and another store person assisted me in correcting the mistake. The women there are very nice & I appreciated stopping in and shopping there!!

Great staff, they were all helpful and I felt like a little girl in a candy shop!!! The brought out gorgeous rings, newness and I wanted everything. Left super happy with a rare pair of earrings that aren’t available in my area. The selection was perfect. The staff seemed very happy to be open again. Thank u so much!!!

I love the store but, the return policy is awful! It should be stated at time of purchase the time to return is not that long.

Huge mall, large amount of stores...some good. Love that there's a full-line Nordstrom here...I go just for that. And it's the only one in all of Las Vegas. Overall vibe though is a little dated, especially with the Shops at the Palazzo/Venetian and Wynn Shops just across the street that are outstanding with great atmosphere. But with my steady regular shops and decent parking, I'll be back.
