If you are a Swarovski devotee like myself, you cannot pass by a boutique without stopping in. I have yet to compare this location with the other local Vegas boutiques, but I'd venture to say it might be the best. It's certainly only second to the Manhattan location in my experience. The sales associates were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no rush or hesitancy in offering jewelry pieces to try on. We were able to take our time and be satisfied with our selection.

I usually don't complain cause I've been shopping with Swarovski for the past 5 years and I've never had any issues with employees until 2 weeks ago on Thursday February 23rd around 11:25-11:40am I was speaking with one of the employees, her name was Isabella I believe. I was looking into buying the Mother Elephant figurine but she informed me that it wasn't in your guys store so I kindly asked her where I can get it from or if any other store in Vegas had it and she said she was going to check but somehow "checked" in 10 seconds which was too fast and she said no one else had it and I just asked out if curiousness if she really did check and with an attitude she said "yea I did", I don't know but that was just very rude and blankly disrespectful to me and on top of that not to be rude she smelled horrific as if she didn't bath and I feel like especially being in the Forum Shops, employee hygiene should be a norm standard. So the fact of her being rude and smelling it's just disrespectful.

1/6/22Quality/Quantity -Heart Ring - 3rd Swarovski store we went to, but we finally got the ring for my daughter.She is happy now. :)Me too...Atmosphere -Consistent for the brand, except for the draws.I like the new pull out draws. I have not seen this merchandising in your other locations yet.Service - The person that helped us seemed new. She called her supervisor over, and then he quoted some company policy of not stacking promotions.But all your other locations offered to do it, except they were out of stock of the ring size we wanted.Not sure if the other locations just have superior customer service? Or if this manager is just following company policy? Either way, service should be consistent and polite when explaining rules.Additionally, no one answered the phone when your other location tried to call several times for the stock check/hold.Price - $65.58 after the discount, thanks.Owner Suggestion - Congrats on all your success since 1895! And still keeping the ownership in the family, 5th generation.Rant:You sent the promotion to us. We had to go to 3 different locations to get what my daughter wanted. The other 2 had no problem honoring the promotion. Then the last and only person gave us a hard time... but finally honored it.First time receiving a promotion from you in all the years as a customer.We would appreciate a kinder tone when explaining your policies, especially since other employees explained "different policies."Marketing 101 - when you spend $$$ for a promotional mailing list to your already proven customers in your system, you do NOT want to lose a loyal customer for only $10, especially since the $65.58 is still profitable. The good news is that we will not hold this one employee against the entire company/brand.
