Gerardo was an absolute sweetheart, so professional and made the process of getting my phone replaced so easy. it was extremely busy when I came in and I didn't even have to wait a second. everyone was being tended to and made it so easy for everyone!!

This review is for Carlos. Not only is Carlos soft in the eyes but he stands tall like a stallion energetically and in the heart. This man is A1 employee. He was very helpful with my service as I am not tech savvy. He helped me create my tinder profile and took some amazing photos for my profile. He helped me set up a structured work out program. This man will help you not only with matters of your cellular plan but he’ll even offer walking your pet dog. There is no better associate there I promise you! Ask for Carlos!! You won’t regret it

Carlos V was hella rude and not professional at all . My sister and I went to for iPhone 15 and he told us to go to another store for the 15 . We go to the store and they had no idea what we talking about ! Been going to this location for years never had such bad experience until we had him! He didn't talk and was mean .If I wasn't contracted I would cancel my plan base of my interaction with him!

T-Mobile review The worse experience I ever had inn transferring over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I curse the day I went with T-Mobile. They make it so, so, so difficult to transfer, to get a password, to get an account, to get your rebate & absolutely no one in their on-line tech department knows what they are doing. I signed up 9/11/234 & am still trying to change a password & get my $381.25 ( 8 days later). Nothing is ever done right, according to them yet, the people telling me how to do it are the on-line tech people. I spent hours on the phone with a guy named Ramsey (who works from home and I heard his wife & kids in background making all kinds of noise, yelling and screaming) & he told me to drive to the store ( 1/2 hour away which I did & waited in line for over 1/2 hour to get help) to get a password to open my account (didn't know how to even give me a password). Then, if can't get it there he will call me back in 5 days. The rebate was done all wrong although, that on-line person reviewed it and told me was fine. Still trying to get that. Stick with Verizon if have them.

tmobile is a bait and swiitch company. beware and do not deal with them.tmobile will promise you everything but in there contract there's in fine print that they can change the agreement. do not deal with them because its only going to cost you more than the agreed amount. highly unethical. if you think you will escalate the matter they are trained to run you around to nowhere. avoid them at all cost. if you ever dealt with cox, they are the same. two horrible companies where the employees must be trained to lie.

Andrea = (A+) We... we Went through the proverbial ringer with a few fun zingers and Andrea (Ann-Dre-Ahh) deserves some extra credit points.She gave some credits for her leader Mr. Edgar (I like how that sounds better, and yes his first name happens ta be poetry in motion). Erica helps their team in the most delighting view. Her kindness is seen even when no one can glean upon her dream. Andrea is surely a lady with luck in having her team in its entirety (we all know there's one fall guy/gal in ((every)) there and they deserve credit too!) ... The iPhone 14 pro max (and keeping our 11's as fancy cameras) is an acceptable upgrade even with the um15? Coming all over the spaces inbetween our Christmas lists.

The phone itself is too heavy for my right hand as I have severe OA, I am going back to consumer cellular...I desperately need to hold onto a lighter phone, as I am left-handed but i have to use stylus...
