Came in on new years too get a new phone,... and Anthony N. had help me out and was looking out.... he was smooth and very helpful... I always been a galaxy user, and was gonna switch over too a iphone... he made everything make sense for my decision and just wasn't trying make a sale.... so I ended up getting a s23 ultra and I love it ah ha.... good looks bro

I came here in april to buy a new phone to use for Lyft. The sales person said if I paid $95 up front, I was paying for the phone.Well, I've been fed up with having to pay $95 a month for service that says "Poor Network" almost everywhere I go. I called customer service to end my plan and they said I'm making a monthly $14 payment towards the phone and I have 17 months left... thats over $200 for a phone I was told was $95

This T-mobile store is the best! Not only do they fix my issues but they laugh with me while doing it! There is never a dull moment there! I never seen staff work together the way they do! Although there is a T-mobile 5 minutes from my house I drive to this one just to be around them!

First time here when i switched was fast n amazing thanks tothe manwho helped me. But not even a month later i come back and they have to much to handle and people saying they've waited an hour. They really lack on helping people faster. 2 workers look like they dont even enjoy helping or working here. Its sad. Im switching to another company as soon as i can.

Sophia at this T-Mobile location at 1291 South Decatur boulevard Las Vegas was extremely helpful, courteous, efficient and professional. She was able to get me out of the store within 15 minutes with a new phone and great service. I recommend this business and especially that you ask for Sophia's support.

I hate that I don't remember the brothas name. I'm going back tomorrow to find out. I was extremely frustrated and he was patient AF. ✊??❤️ I appreciate you! ? I had two internet tower thingies on my account but only needed one. He explained my bil to me 100 times even though I was stubborn and low key emo. I came home and proceeded everything he said to me. I'm going back tomorrow.

Mr. VASHON was an excellent help. I was so convinced to switch to another phone company. But either his smoothness and calm talking he was able to guide me and help me through my situation. I strongly believe that you should hire more people like him because of his help it convinced me to stay with t-mobile. He is an A+ type guy. Thank you so much.

My Galaxy watch was locked by accident, forgot the password, can't unlock. I went to Tmobile store for asking help, Yes Danny was definitely friendly and very helpful. Thanks Danny, hope God bless your family including your baby and dog too ?

Vinny the customer service representative helped me. He was friendly, patient and informative. He helped with a new service upgrade with three lines and a new apple watch. I never felt pressured and his explanation of the plans was clear and precise. I’m going to recommend friends and family and suggest that they ask for him

Terrible customer service, I'm coming for a screen protection replacement, the sale man there checking and said they don't have available, he will order it and come back in few days to check it out because they have delivery coming every.3 days later I coming he not there a girl do same thing, and I come back next day same things again and again, I call many times to the store never had anybody answer the phone. Thanks for Tmobile at S. Decutur and W. Charleston. Never come back here again.

After a terrible customer service experience via chat and over the phone with Straight Talk (not the first time but will be the last thanks to T-Mobile) I decided to give another provider a try. I am relatively close to the Charleston store (I live Downtown Vegas and dont think Ive seen one there) and when I passed by in the past , it always seems crowded. Sure enough, it was packed, I was off work and in no rush but Mae made it a point to come over and apologize for the wait time. She then said "I'm sending you my best rep, Gabriela." And MAN was Mae right. I take it back about the last bad interaction with Straight Talk. Gabby speedily setup my new Galaxy S23 plus with the last step being to port the old number over to the new phone. We had to contact Straight Talk due to the imei not matching and Straight Talk tried to stonewall her. Gabriel was diligent and ensured that in the end everything was done so that I left a satisfied customer. Knowledgeable and experienced and cool as cucumber. Store 900 has a fan for life. Kudos to all involved.
