Omar provided exceptional customer service after I was stranded in Vegas with a broken phone. Having been with TMobile for 14 years, he was the best experience I've had with the company. He took his time in transferring every last thing from my old phone to my new one, showed me how to use it, and even helped with a watch I purhcased a year ago from a TMobile store in my home state. He saved the day.

In order to do our round trip by car, we needed a SIM card to drive with Google Maps. The staff was very, very friendly, explained everything to us in detail and set everything up for us so we could start right away! Very recommendable!!! :) check out a similar situation! :)

Went to the store yesterday to see what I was being charged for by the T Mobile auto pay. I handed them my driver's license. They say it is expired, so I hand over my passport which is a valid one. They are saying they could not take it. The service is pathetic, this store is more pathetic. All I wanted is that my credit card taken off auto pay.

The F1 racing event was very disappointing. Getting from the Strip to the Sphere was exhausting. It was about fifteen miles. No means of transportation was available. The pedicabs cost $100 per person. Thursday night one race was delayed due to track problems at 1:00am. Many attendees left the Sphere. On Friday my pocketbook did not meet the requirements for entry. I was denied entry. I paid premium price for the tickets and the office did not have a plastic bag to give me which would have enabled me to enter the Sphere. The public transportation was non existent. I walked from the Luxor to the Sphere which seemed liked 30 miles. I paid premium money for the tickets a few months earlier and the tickets were half the price a few days before the F1 race. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Such a bad experience in the strip location we are T-Mobile carrier we went in the store because they have a F1 simulator. I asked the person in charge if we have to pay for it she told me it was free but she didn’t tell me more information about it when I was my turn she told me oh no you have to wait 15 more minutes because you have to sign in, Thing that she didn’t tell me before so she made me waste my time since I was there for like 20 minutes before already.

We were there to buy a SIM card for our USA road trip by car. We were given excellent advice about this and everything was set up correctly on the phone so that it worked smoothly!I can only highly recommend it for something like this!

Excellent location with extra friendly staff. This is a promotional store that focuses on promoting the t mobile brand on the strip. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting them during formula 1 racing!

I was having issues with a T-Mobile data sim which suddenly stopped working in the portable router (GL-E750) I was using while travelling. The extremely helpful and friendly staff at this store (special shoutout to Charnay W. ❤️) were unable to resolve the issue but did not give up easily - they tried many things before eventually giving me a workaround.Finally, a message to Charnay and the others who tried to get to the bottom of the mystery - the blasted thing has started working again in Iowa... ??♀️

I would leave a zero review if I could! The supervisor here is so unprofessional and rude at the first hello . I tried calling the store several times to check on the status of my order—no one ever answered. I received a message the phone was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up—it was not ready (a computer glitch). I asked why no one ever answered the phone and this supervisor stated “ the music is so loud in here, we just don’t answer it”. That’s some nice customer service. I went into the store TWICE after receiving messages that the phone was ready for pick up. Treated rudely both times and phone was never ready. While this is a franchise it still represents T-mobile!The customer service reps on the phone are way nicer.Ended up ordering the phone online to be delivered to my homeI would never go to this store or recommend them ever!

The best service I have ever experienced in a time where I very much needed it. Massive shout out to my friend Omar who spent 2+ hours helping me out after I lost my phone on a business trip. This man deserves a raise!

We had to go to T mobile relatively late in the evening after my boyfriend’s phone was stolen. He was already considering a switch from Verizon to T mobile so we were happy to find a store on the strip. We worked with Troy who went above and beyond trying to get the number transferred from Verizon (which was a very involved process since Verizon customer service had already closed). We weren’t able to get the number transferred in store but he made sure a manager knew the situation so she could help us the next morning. Truly amazing customer service!
