DO NOT buy internet from this store as they will force you to call 1-800 to cancel and leave you waiting hours to return the device because there is no simplified process in dropping it off. It makes me never want to buy T-Mobile internet again!!! Employees constantly doing nothing and spending most of their time in the back room rather than helping customers! Never again!!

Today, I came in for a screen protector replacement. When I was told they didn't have it I asked if any other locations have it. Lisa, the associate that I was talking to, turned off location service on the tablet and claim that she couldn't look up other location inventory. I felt that she didn't want to help me by the way she was treating me. It's was very odd, if you need any real help I recommend another location.

the customer service people need to be trained better, they don't know how to help with working the phones they sell. Use to be better.

This has to be THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. We came to get a new iPhone 15 pro max in the store today at 6pm, we didn’t get helped until 7pm by AZUCENA - who was not just helpful, but completely rude and rolled her eye at every question we asked. She reminded us 100 times that they close at 8pm and she won’t be able to help after that. On the trade in process, we had to use a gift card from Tmobile that didn’t work and she didn’t help us at all regarding that. We finally gave up, and just paid on our own. Now that we have the new phone, we are in the middle of transferring the info from phone to phone and it was taking exactly 11 minutes; at 8:00 we had a remaining of 3 more minutes and we were told to wait outside in the cold as she kept reminding us that they close at 8pm. As we are walking outside, another customer walked in wanting to get a new phone, and the guy wanted to help but AZUCENA made sure that it’s 8pm and it’s close so the guy didn’t help her and she was irrated, and was pissed that they didn’t help her. AZUCENA MADE SURE THAT SHE LEFT AT 8:01 AND DIDNT HELP US AT ALL, EXTREMELY RUDE AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!!!

Just stopped by this location on 11/20/22 to get my Girlfriend the new IPhone 15. Craig who was the sales rep that assisted us was extremely helpful and patient with us while we were weighing our options. He was knowledgeable of the products and settled any concerns we had at the time.Will be going to this location every time whenever I need anything regarding my phone service from now on!

Jaime was amazing! I came in to see if i can get my phone repaired and when another store quoted me 300$ she helped me submit a claim in under 10 mins and it was actually only $29 through my insurance, she’s super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go to store! Thank you Jaime!

Totally making this store location my go2! Employees are sweet work environment is clean and Lisa is the bomb she got us in an out in like 20 mins! Appreciate you girl! Mind you guys if you like them transfer your old phone to new phone it will take time depending on what you got on that phone so don't blame them if it's taking long ?

I would seriously avoid this location at all cost. I feel like we were completely ripped off by this store. After reviewing all paperwork what we we were told they would buy our old phones for was false completely different amount when new bill arrived. Changed our current plan to increase cost without us knowing. Phone absolutely suck . I am completely switching carrier today.

Omar Naqshband was amazing and very patient. Our family made a switch to T-Mobile which meant 4 phones that included two Seniors, one young adult and one child!! Patience was important to us. :) I dreaded making the change but it was time and necessary. Omar with his expertise, patience and excellent communication’s skills made the change easy and stress free! Thank you Omar!!!

With the exception of Steven, no one in this location knows what they're doing, we were sent to this location by the call center to verify identities, the girl who assisted us at first sent us away saying:"I have no idea why they told you to stop by over here, we don't know what we're supposed to do". This is in addition to having talked to a dozen of different tech support agents over the phone regarding our phone numbers port in. Horrible company and experience.

Simply the best. Throughout the years, I've had all of the Big Three. AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Without question, T-Mobile is the best customer service provider and far superior service. I had magnificent service in Summerlin for 20 years and fantastic service now that I'm living in Henderson. In addition, I have never walked into a dirty T-Mobile location anywhere, ever. Every experience I have ever had on the phone or in person with a customer service representative has always left me with a smile. They train their staff above and beyond, and it shows. I genuinely feel that the staff cares about my experience and wants to see me happy. That is as rare today as seeing a Unicorn walking down Las Vegas Blvd.

I went into this location to pay my bill yesterday. I’m a T-mobile prepaid customer and usually pay my bill in cash. I know that most of the time people leave reviews it’s to complain but this is the complete opposite. There was a tall African American gentleman that was checking customers in that deserves recognition. I believe his name was Joseph. I walked in and he immediately greeted me and asked for my name and the reason for my visit. I told him I was there to pay a bill and he checked me in and told me there would be a little wait. I was kind of in a hurry but decided to stick it out. I ended up leaving because the wait was a little longer that I anticipated, but while I was waiting, I observed the way this guy was working and was extremely impressed. It was clear that he was in charge by how many times his coworkers went to him with questions and for help. At one point he was helping a customer with questions, a coworker with an issue, checking people in and answering the phone all at the same time. Truly impressive. During this whole time he kept checking in with the customers waiting and letting them know when they were next. I worked in retail for years and it’s rare to come across people like this that you can clearly see how good they are at their job. This young man is clearly a great asset to T-mobile and deserves a raise. I hope whoever see's this lets him know what an excellent job he is doing and I hope he’s recognized for his hard work and professionalism.
