I live in Ohio and have my 85 yr old Mother on my cell plan. When I recently switched over to Tmobile that required her to go into her local Tmobile and have them switch out her SIM card. She said she was treated really well and the guy who helped her was very nice.

Long wait and no good phones to trade your old one in for. Thinking about Verizon or AT&T

Went to this T-mobile location to check out the service before I get my new phone. I received prompt service from one of the associates and information I needed to return when I have more time.

Had a new application pop up on phone, do not like the new one, older version works well new one might work, but it also has a paid version, free version is a shadow of the previous voicemail application.Stopped to see if it could be stepped back to previous version, they did not know after trying. had two very polite employees that assisted, but seems I am stuck with inferior free software...

Sorry my previous review was not at this location. I went here after going to Buffalo store which was horrible. Gilbert helped me and was very patient and above and beyond to assist me in everything I needed. I will go back to this location every time because of him. I felt he was very knowledgeable and really cared about my needs as I was switching from Verizon to t mobile. The Buffalo location was useless and will never go back there.

They used to have some really good sales people that always went above and beyond for their customers. I stayed with them for years because of that team. Now, the best people have transferred or been promoted. Kudos to them; however the staff remaining leaves a lot to be desired. I didnt see any real leadership, and Marissa was a horrible rep. She was unhelpful, condensending, and arrogant about her knowledge of products and promos. In reality, her customer service skills were lacking and she came off rude and inconsiderate. I had an issue that a manager at another store was helping me to resolve, but due to stock, I had to come here for the item. Marissa continuously just told me what she COULD NOT do, and talked down about the manager at the other store for sending me here for help. I went back to the other store, and told the manager that the girl said she couldn't help me, and basically I was stuck. Really, Marissa just didn't want to help me because she wanted the sale of a line, and I had already purchased the line, but needed a new watch. So, when I returned, I kindly asked her if she could help me when she was finished with the customers she was with, and let her know I had returned from speaking to the manager at the other store, and just needed the watch. She scoffed at me for going back to the previous store, and said she would have to see if she even still had the watch when she finished (there was only 1 in stock). I was a little irritated already from driving back and forth, and having to wait again, but patiently waited in the front of the store. As she finished, I went back to her table but she stood up and went into the back without saying a word. I waited, and eventually sat down at her table. She came back out, went right past me, and begin to call out names to help other people. I said "hi, aren't you going to help me with my watch?". She said she had to help the customers in the queue. I pleaded, but I had already been sitting with you earlier and then came all the way back to the store, asked her to help me again, and waited patiently for her to finish. She could have at LEAST told me then that she was not going to be able to help me any time soon, but instead let me wait, then ignored me completely AS I AM SITTING AT THE TABLE LOOKING AT HER!? I was done. I'm over it. VERIZON was right across the parking lot! They treated me much better, and were considerate of my frustrations with T-Mobile reps, and made sure I had a way to contact them directly if I had any issues.. They have some great promos, and without the old crew at TMobile anymore, I'm looking for new reps and a better service to manage my account of 6 lines! I even get a friend's and family discount at TMobile, but I ready to let it go after this! There was no one treating me "friendly", let alone like "family".

I had a very frustrating and not so ideal experience today at the Boca Park store, yet I couldn't say it's entirely the store employees fault! It all boils down to "company policies". I am a long time account holder and definitely a paying customer.... I offered different options and solutions to the problem, yet the store or T-Mobile is not flexible due to some policies. Honestly, T-Mobile should think about cultivating relationships with account holders - to be a little bit more flexible with the customer requests as the need arises. Instead of naming names here and putting anyone on the spot, I won't be doing that, but I am leaving a 2-star. I am gathering all corpoate email addresses I could find and send them my grievance instead. Fair? Yes!

This was a much faster and simpler process than we expected going in. Cindy helped answer our questions and found exactly what we needed and got us set up right away. It was a very positive experience.

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A NEW PHONE! I have been a T-Mobile Customer for nearly two DECADES! And finding someone who genuinely wants to help and be truthful and transparent is getting harder and harder to come by, both on the phone with customer care and in-store. I won't go into intricate detail about all my most unfortunate dealings with lies, misinformation and runaround, sadly if you are or will sign up with TMobile, you will most likely go through it too, but I will say this, things don't start coming to light until you're about to sign on the dotted line because most won't tell you what getting a new phone, or new plan for that matter entails, so put your emotions aside and keep a clear mind and both eyes wide open to not get railroaded. To help, I will say this, CHECK OUT WALMART! Not only do they have great promotional discounts, but they don't oblige you to change plans (which, hint, hint will be costing you, at least me, $30 more a month, that they didn't explain- DO THE MATH), or have you turn in your great condition, fully functioning phone (at least in my case- my daughter is very happy about it ??), or charge me a $35 activation fee for a line I ALREADY HAVE. I almost even went through Samsung Shop App for a better deal, but the Good Lord guided me and I fumbled along something WAY BETTER! To share and give clarity: T-Mobile's offer would have sold me the A54 for $500 -$175 (at most) TRADE-IN credit (meaning giving them my phone I paid a lot more for and still works great), plus tax off their original price plus activation fee. Samsung would have sold me the same phone for $399 -$50 promo and, and NO TRADE-IN, so financing about $350+tax (not sure how activation would play in after receiving the phone)!Well... WALMART's price was $470 -$140 Walmart promo making it $330, I had to pay a down payment of $150 plus $27.64 tax and financed $180 over 24 months at $7.50/month, which I can always pay off early by calling customer care (if you want to pay off early you MUST call 611 to specify the payment you are making, don't just go into the app and pay it- IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY). To conclude, thanks to Walmart, not only did I get to save $35 activation fee, and $30/more a month for years to come having switched plans, and having to give up my phone, but I walked out with a new Samsung Galaxy A54 (which if you do your homework as I did, mind you I have always been with S series, I think you will get more bang for your buck, or save much more money for a little less) for a FINAL GRAND TOTAL of $357.64!!Mind you I did not opt for added protection- with how phones depreciate I'm happy with the one-year manufacturer's warranty and always being extra careful- if it was a $1200 phone maybe, but I'm much more relaxed with saving $180 not adding it to a $350 phone. Also, Costco gives good specials to their members at times as well and have great added protection included, which is the perk of being their member, but I AM SUPER HAPPY AND RELIEVED that I stumbled upon Walmart's carrier phone deals! I really hope I helped save some people money. ?So, back to T-Mobile, as far as carriers go, I love them, but when it comes to sales, do your homework, research, investigation, whatever and Do not buy phones from their greedy hands! Also Walmart doesn't get any perks/commission difference from selling you a $1400 phone from a $100 phone so they have no cause to lie or manipulate the truth, it's all the same to them. ? I hope this all helped!?
