A ridiculously pleasant experience. Came in because I was finally ready to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro to a 15 Pro. Although they didn't have the color and storage combination that I wanted available in store, they were able to get me in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with a new phone on the way for delivery. I kid you not, I walked into this place at 7:11PM and was back in my car by 7:29. Angel was super cool & efficient and I was so impressed at how a usually annoying process ended up being the exact opposite. 10/10 experience & service.

What a night and Day difference!! We had the worst experience ever at the T-Mobile store on fort apache and tropicana from there either incompetent or flat-out lying employee named Haley. We were so upset when we left the store by her lies and deception we immediately started calling other T-Mobile stores Angel answered the phone immediately and was incredibly helpful and honest we drove the extra distance to his store and could not have been happier! We got exactly what we needed and ended up getting three more phones!!! Angel and his staff are AWESOME!! DO NOT GO TO THE FT APACHE STORE!!! Go see Angel he is THE BEST

Second attempt to come to this store and once again treated with an attitude and unwillingness to help, my second attempt was today with store manager Shawntee. I explained to her that this was my second attempt at coming here, and explained to her my frustration that I have had 2 cancelled orders due to t mobiles fault, and was told to come in to the store once again to try and port my lines over from AT&T. Upon arrival manager had an attitude clearly, my fiancé asked her how are you doing today, she ignored him. From there we already knew she wasn’t willing to help. She began to tell me that “she did not care” about what the customer service over the phone told me that it was all wrong and began to say that me coming over to t mobile was a whole different story other than what I was told not once but 2 times over the phone by not one, but several t mobile representatives. This is my 3rd attempt to move over to t mobile willing to pay off my account with AT&T in full in order to come over and once again I was treated rudely and with unwillingness to be helped.Stay away from this store, this is the second time I have had horrible unhelpful associates. This time coming from the actual store manager really showed me that they just don’t care if you want to move services to them or not.

Needed to set up new phone and transfer data from old one. Went in without appointment and was greeted immediately. They took nearly an hour to perform this. Ultra friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. Super service with smiles. Thanks.

Horrible customer service. Store is understaffed. Waited for 20 minutes only to be told it was an hour and half wait. The women at the counter doesn’t know how to talk to customers and they way she was engaging with her team was awful.

Adam was AMAZING. He knew literally exactly what to do to change me over from a different carrier. Literally have never been serviced like this at a phone carrier in my life. He was so sweet, enthusiastic, and so helpful!

Been a customer for several years with excellent payment history and a plan with multiple lines. Initially came in to talk about getting a new phone and ended being told that "they won't help" all because I had asked about why they were scanning my drivers license front and back in their tablet. We never even got to talk about their actually phones and instead being refused service. Sales reps Travis and his "supervisor" Branden need more training in customer service and hearing what the paying customer has to say. T mobile I think is just getting too big to even care about their customers now.

Shoutout to Brandon from the sales representative team from this T-Mobile outlet! For the first time, changing lines wasn’t that daunting. It made our whole process so seamless, helped us get the best plan with the entire setup, and also threw in a bunch of prepaid Mastercards for our purchases in the future. He is a hub of information; we went for a phone plan, came out with that, and a home internet device and plan! ?

We recently switched from At&T to T-Mobile and we went to this branch to get assistance in porting our AT&T numbers. Everybody seemed so friendly and attentive to their customers. When it was out turn to be assisted, Shawntee, who is actually a manager, walked us through everything she needed to do. She educated us about billing and how to submit our receipts to T-mobile online so they can reimburse us for what we paid to unlock our phones. They will cover up to $800 per phone line. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we are all set before we left the shop. She even educated us about the free line we could get since we activated 2 lines. Not a huge deal because the service was really fast but I wish there were more seatings. There was 1 table and 3 chairs. Overall, I had a really great 1st impression with T-mobile and their staff.

Ryan was so thorough in helping my family from start to finish. We must’ve had 20 questions! We got a new phone, upgraded our current plan , added storage and speed, cancelled a line and switched a watch to hook up to my new phone and he was able to tackle it all with his knowledge with no problem. He even broke it down with different financing options to give us choices for our best budget!You guys got a gem in that employee, big time! Thanks again Ryan! I’ve already started telling my clients about you and sending them your way!

One of the best experience I had with Shawtee the manager at T-mobile Blue Diamond. She was extremely professional, very straightforward and her knowledge on the iphones and transferring a line to our family plan was a breeze. Thank you Shawtee!!

Horrible customer service, was in to get a screen protector replaced and was told nothing couldn't do it their and that i had to go find a corperate store myself. Couldn't even use that fancy tablet they have to help me find another store. Got great service at the rainbow location. Screen protector replaced under warranty

I have been going the last 3 weeks to try and get some T-Mobile giveaways they do on Tuesdays. Every time they have a different answer why they aren't participating. Why is this store the one that doesn't want to be part of the rewards program? My girlfriend told me about the promotions but I have yet to reap the reward. I guess the store by my house isn't part of "The T-Mobile Tuesdays." ?
