I called after my order for take out on 4/5 was wrong I talked to William he told they would put my name on the book.Sk I returned on 4/12 told them cashiers who went back to get the book.And while standing at the counter a middle age tall hispanic women came over grabbed the receipt.told the staff her burrito had lettuce and she didn't want it then not once but 3 times repeated that I didnt want lettuce .also I did not want Chipolte sauce.so she brings the bag and crudely pulls the burrito out and says NO LETTUCE Chipolte in the side I get home burrito there was hardley no meat (which I paid for extra meat on original which was $17.48.my family of 7 who eat there ALL the time went be back.

This location used to be my go to Taco Bell. I’m not sure what has happened over the last year but it is terrible. Every time I come here the order is wrong, an item is forgotten, or the food is cold. For an example my order# 170565 on 3-31-24 @8:38PM was missing a cantina crispy chicken taco and the cantina quesadilla was cold and had sprinkled cheese unmelted on it. I asked for no sauce on the regular quesadilla for my toddler and they drenched it with the sauce. $32.97. That’s the last amount of money you will be receiving from me. Overall, Poor management and just terrible service. I will not be coming back. The Taco Bell on Eastern Ave is so much better than this location. Save your money and headache from this location and go there instead.

I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito (among other things) half way through i bit into something hard and pulled a small lid from the burrito. We reached out to the store and to corporate with no response back.

Honestly trying to treat me like a criminal, a liar for my own order! You KNOW how many times I’ve been in here before! What awful service! Like I’m desperate enough to steal from taco bell. Never coming to this location again. Awful service, like you guys don’t recognize me. You should be ashamed.Guess what if there are people desperate enough to steal from Taco Bell how about Taco Bell have some compassion for those very few individuals and those very few occasions. Or maybe out the large orders behind a thing. My SINGLE ITEM order not a big deal for Taco Bell.I have been getting my order through pickup for over a year and have NEVER had another person steal it at any Taco Bell despite it being in the pickup window. Acting like this is some huge issue. Just pay attention if the person. And if the person has their own name and their own order info don’t act like they’re lying. Use you eyes and read the ticket if it matches the person isn’t a liar. So shameful. Like taco bell can’t spare a few tacos for good customer service. Guess what, I’m navigating out of purchasing Taco Bell. There’s a lot of my money you will no longer be getting. Consider that into your profits and losses.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and courteously by Wendy. Had asked if I was ordering a drink and was going to get my cup ahead. So thankful!When I had finished ordering my food, (Cheesy double beef burrito combo) Wendy had given my cup and said thank you. Then Mr. Evan came to me and asked if I wanted basically a “double decker” I was thrilled and happy he took time out to ask me and said yes. That is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Those are my favorite and since being discontinued but he made it happen.Just wanted to thank EVAN and Wendy for their amazing customer service. I have just moved to this side of town and was getting my car oil change done. So convenient and was already stressed about waiting a long time for my car service, considering I just worked 10 hours. So they’ve (Wendy and Evan) had made my day!Thank you 1810 E. Serene Store 031895!! ?
