Joey is the copier whisperer. When other copy repair shops wouldn't even touch our machines, (they're too old, we don't service those kind, etc.) Joey came out and diagnosed the problem almost instantly.I'm used to copy repair guys printing stuff out, looking at it, and then making a guess. "looks like a drum... can't be sure." Joey ran a page through our Canon copier and stopped it at every step of the printing process so he could identify EXACTLY which component was messing up.He also gave us the option of ordering replacement parts new or using used parts from his old machines if we wanted to save some money.I strongly recommend Tangerine Office Machines for copier repair work, and Joey in particular. They have been our reliable copier repair team for over a year now and we love them.

Terrible company, service, and customer service. Charged us $150 just to tell us to get a new drum unit, and when we did, it still didn’t fix the problem. And that’s just the tip of the Iceburg with how unhappy I am with this company. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Totally rip off. They are crooks. One of the sales rep contacted me to offered their services. I have a very small tax company that I manage myself and I was trying to save some money on not expend to much buying a new printer. I explain the person that I have 2 printers that need to get fix and need a price. He mentioned that they would look into the printers and would give me a price on how much would cost the repairs. I agreed and took the printers to their location. Soon they mentioned that each printer would cost $125 to get what they need to make them work again. One of the printer needs a new USB port and they knew about it, even got bill for it. They mentioned that if I want to go ahead with the repairs I need to pay first the invoice that they have sent me already for the technician to do the job. I paid and few days later they send me another quote for $399.75 that they need it for parts and they need the money to do repairs and I have to decide if I want to move forward with the repairs, something that I have heard before when I original paid $250 to get the job done. They come out with this after the fat... I CANT BELIEVE IT!! Plus they are mentioning on top that the printer that need the USB port is not fixable. I told them right there that do no do anything because they are charging me more for something that I didn't even heard before and plus wasn't quoted on the original invoice that I received previously. I'm really mad and frustrated with all this situation. If they have mentioned to me at the beginning that would be more cost associated to fix these printers I wouldn't even send the payment for $250. It's very aggravating that they make me believe that it was the total cost $250 and now they requesting more money to get them fix. I'm requesting my money back because they won't be able to fix the printers. They refuse to return my money saying that what I paid was only labor and diagnosis when their invoice that I received did no mentioned anything about labor or other things just repairs and the new USB port need it, just described the job that need to be performance on either one. The job were no performance. They billed me for repairs and make requested immediately payment, suddenly they come out with more charges that never was mentioned to me or were include it on the original invoice. This is not the way should a business be conducted. There is no honesty on their part and they basically trick you and kept your money after the fat without resolving your issues. It's very frustrating doing business with this company BE CAREFUL, company like this should be closed and be out business. "IT'S FRAUD"

Sending spam, saying it is not spam because they decided I may be eligible to buy from them. Spam is unsolicited email and I did not solicit anything from you. Saying it is not spam when it is makes no difference. Stop spamming people.

Fast , prompt and reliable. We have had or xerox printer for a while and they make sure to refill ink and maintain it on a regular basis.

Very happy with the service Tangerine provided. They were fast, friendly and substantially less expensive than any other company that quoted me for the delivery and installation of a drum for our xerox machine. I will definitely recommend and use them again!

Complete Rip Off, I am so unhappy with them. If I could cancel our contract I would. In the five months we have had them for service, we have had to replace our router twice. Each time, they have charged us $250 to restore our printers with the new IP address. Worse part, they wont give us the passwords so we can change the service. To top it off, the technicians take four to six hours to call back, and you are out of service for the time being. Best part is, they spend ten minutes on the phone with you to restore it for the $250. Quite the scam they have.

We called them immediately, and they responded why saying they didn't ship it empty. Long story short, we had to order a new toner cartridge to replace the empty one they sent us. They have absolutely no customer service, and I will never go with them again. Only bad part, I am stuck in a damn contract with them.
