They don't know if merchandise is in stock or not; they just leave it on the website. So if you order it, they take your money immediately. Then, days later they discover that the item is not available.
If you do find an item is available and you order it, the shipment is so slow as to lead one to believe it's coming by Pony Express!

Bought a magic bundle and it was missing the 20 side life counter. They said they couldn’t do anything cause they don’t do exchanges or returns. Receipt says they don’t “return” says nothing about exchanges. All boosters and cards were still in the bundle unopened and we had the receipt from purchase only a few hours prior. I don’t support multiple million dollar corporations who can’t do a simple exchange for a defective product purchased same day WITH receipt.

I had bought nail stickers last night (for the first time in a long time doing something for myself) and it did not work out and they did not stick. So I threw them away and kept the packaging. Today I tried to return them and the woman with gray hair at customer service said there needs to be at least 50% item. So I asked her if she can you throw it away and she said no!! Is it that hard to throw away a package ?!?! So I just got upset, because the first time trying to do something for myself outside of my new baby and target refuses to do a return when I choose to spend $500 minimum at target a week, instead of other stores and they see me there every single day and can’t do a simple return after all business I give them. I don’t think I want to return to shop here - but my feelings are just hurt. That’s all.

This store frequently is very short on cashier staff. Even the self check has massive lines. Today couldn't find an employee to answer a question so I went to customer service to ask. After answering the woman refused to check out my stuff so that I can pay. She claimed the line was too long. Generally though the employees at this location tend to be less friendly and helpful than other target stores.

DO NOT BUY TRADING CARDS AT TARGET.
They have Zero quality control over trading cards. I purchased a box earlier today of Flux NBA trading cards and the packs inside of the box were damaged. I initially went to the cashiers and asked the cashier Rachel if I could get some sort of a discount because the boxes were extremely rough condition and damaged on the outside. She told me no because of them being sold from the vendors or something. So I ended up just purchasing The box that seemed to be in the best condition out of the batch.
I then opened the box of cards after I got to my car not even 10 minutes later and I opened one pack, and the cards were extremely bent and damaged. I then went back in to speak with Rachel and she told me she couldn’t do anything for me because there are no returns on those products. But I showed her that I only opened up one pack and the cards were in horrible condition. She just said sorry I can’t help you. I asked to speak with the manager and that is when Melissa Came to the front. I explained the situation to her and told her that I picked out the best looking box out of all the boxes that were there But the cards still ended up being damaged. She told me that she could exchange it for the same product, but then I told her that the other boxes were in worse condition as I showed Rachel, so I Just wanted a refund and she refused to give me one. Why would I grab another box knowing that the other one was in physically worse condition than the one I originally purchased? I understand that these products are sold through a vendor or whatever the case may be but I’m purchasing them from Target. Target should be held accountable for some type of quality control. If a product is in physically bad condition and damaged, you shouldn’t be allowed to sell it on your shelves. Period.

They hang right up. Horrible customer service.
When you do arrive and ask Someone for help they act like you are a nuisance. To top
It off they didn't have what I needed and that’s why I called to begin with, waist of my time wish after the 6th call someone would have picked up and actually say hello rather then just hanging up. . 😅🙌🏻
