Today in the rain and a new week old knee replacement I had to exchange something I had bought in the morning. Daniel helped me check out in morning. Then I had to go back to exchange and he saw me at customer service and insisted he go get the right one way in the back of the store!! Thank goodness. I had enough walking for the day :) . He was so very nice and definitely did not have to do it. Everyone in this target on blue diamond has always been so nice and helpful. Thank you Daniel, can't tell you enough how much I appreciated it.

Target Blue Diamond - Wow! We're really impressed with your service! Shout out to Amy, Hilda, and Tara who went above and beyond with customer satisfaction! They helped us locate drapes marked as "in stock" on the Target app, that we didn't see on the floor. They diligently worked with the crew in the back room and didn't stop until we received what we needed. And they did it happily with smiles the whole time. This type of service is rare nowadays and we absolutely appreciated it! Also want to shout out the young gentleman who was working the self-checkout. He greeted every single customer, asking them how their night was going, was super friendly, and even gave a kid a sticker - I didn't even know Target did that! but it was a nice gesture. He made sure that every customer left the store with a smile. We didn't catch his name but he's tall, has dark brown hair, and wears glasses. Sorry we didn't catch your name, but shout out to you! We come here for some beauty or bath stuff for the family. My wife likes coming to Target. A lot of good stuff but pricier than Walmart.

Most targets in my area, blue diamond Grand Canyon, Dr. do have high prices and a lot of times their items are not there they might be listed, but they have not re-shelved them.

Never given any star to horrible Customer service in this location target kinda discrimination and their pick customer and skin color I just wonder self checkout Asian have a glasses long hair and worn red vest in Self checkout this is happened to me January 5 2024 at 5.25 pm around when I was check out ready to walk out the door she thanks everyone and saying kindness thank you and have a good day bye but when my turn she quiet and she didn’t say anything to me sound like she very dislike me and unwelcome me shopped at this location target.but I can telling you guys don’t worried I never return back again about this pick customer skin service anymore.good luck !

I bought a planner for 2024 and it had the numbers start at 4 instead of one, jumping from 20 to 25 and repeating numbers. I had to return it and let the associate know it was completely incorrectly printed. She sympathized with me and couldn’t believe how wrong it was. She returned it immediately and it was very smooth. She was friendly and efficient.

Do not use this location for drive up. They are so unorganized and take forever!!! I waited for more than 20 minutes to get 4 items. They never have enough checkstands open and it's always so busy.

Very odd behavior from a “customer service” manager. Told me she had the product I was looking for, that she knew where it was in the back, and continued to tell me no she wouldn’t go get it. Extremely lazy and rude behavior from someone who’s supposed to be a lead example to others. Her cashier beside her was even taken back and making faces. Multiple employees confirmed the products availability but said Mary was the one to speak to. She put forth zero effort in trying to help me even after I informed her I’d been there 3 days in a row to find the item. Her excuse was customers came before stocking… Was I not a customer? She knew what she was saying didn’t make any sense. Holidays let these employees show their true colors and she in fact was a terrible employee. Come to find out the item was put out this morning and sold out. Typical, who you know situation. Her actions should make Target embarrassed to hire such useless employees. Someone got promoted based on who she knows, not action and skill. Most managers will try their best to help a customer, not Mary. She only wanted to rudely say no and for me to get out the way.

Honestly drive up is what I usually do but I have had two issues with them. First the phones ARE NEVER ANSWERED AT ALL. Second CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS they always seem miserable AF and for some odd reason it’s always the same two ppl smh Get a new job!!!

went to target just now hoping to buy clothes and food and other things and was turned away by "Sammy" a short little manager who doesn't understand how a manufacturer coupon works. he decided that he just didn't want to deal with it and they were "too busy to be dealing with this". furthermore, the purple haired lady with glasses, who was checking me out, doesn't understand how to count and tried to triple charge me for a product. I had to point out to her that was wrong. make better decisions when it comes to who you have actually working for your company because the ones you have now don't actually care about your customers. thanks target!

The online order pick up is absolutely horrible. They set up the line where you can’t see it. Stood in line at the previous pick up area at the Customer Service forever, then some super rude employee lady told me to basically go away into the hidden one on the side pick up line. She helped the people behind me while myself and another guest were still waiting. We stood in line for another 10-15 minutes when she finally paged someone on the walkie talkie to assist. Just terrible customer service. Not picking up at this store ever again. Walmart is quick and easy and you don’t even get out of the car!

As a regular customer, i like everything about this store except for two things;1. WashroomThe Washroom is always dirty.2. Cashier/Self checkoutI don’t normally buy lots of stuff, so that’s why i prefer a self checkout counter. The problem is, i always have to join the long queue because many customers are in front of me buying stuff for the whole full cart. The Self checkout counter should have limited for basket only.A few times, i wanted to divert to the cashier, but, unfortunately it’s the same. Long queue because not many counters are open.
