Acused my brother of stealing even thought he paid for his merchandise and didn't let him take it went back to the store and acused him of buying medicine to sell online what kind of customer service is this. Horrible

There was a sign posted on a rack that contained nothing but hair color that indicated if you spent $30 on hair care products you would get a $5 Target reward card. At the cash register they told me hair color was not ringing up as being part of the offer and sent me to the service desk. When I spoke to the associate at the service desk she was very rude and just said "hair color is not part of that offer". When I suggested she should have someone take the sign down because it's very misleading her reply was a snippy, "I don't work in that department". If this is Target's idea of customer service, I will happily shop at one of their competitors. Price is not everything, and I will often shop at Target instead of a competitor even if Target's prices are a little bit higher because the stores are usually clean and well maintained, but the attitude I got from the employee doesn't make up for that.

Never had an issue coming to this location, but today I was racially profiled. The AP team member keep randomly fallowing around the store. I just drop $85 in cleaning supplies girl!

Clean. Huge place. *noteworthy: no automotive department. They have a grocery store though.
