Order a set of motorcycle buckles online. I live in SLC so should have only taken a couple days. Took over a week before they were even shipped out. When they arrived, it was the wrong parts. Didn’t look like the pic on the website and was the wrong part number on the package. Reached out for an exchange and took another week to get a return shipping label. Never heard anything from them after that. Even when I emailed and said the tracking showed the return was deliver to their shop. After about another week I got a refund on my credit card. Still have no idea what happened and why I couldn’t get the parts I ordered.
Worst part is the parts I need are still on their website. Will never order from or visit in person.

I got one skid plate and rear diffuser for my 10th Gen Civic Hatchback, Amazing product, fits great. Great quality, easy installation as well.
For the Diffuser easy installation, looks amazing, great quality, love it.

Great products, but customer service is non-existent, left voicemail and emails but very little to no response. Might be a headache if you run into issues and/or do not live nearby their shop to get things resolved.

Canadian buyers beware!
I ordered a skid plate for my STI, and when it was shipped they used a different company than what I paid for resulting in significant import fees. They did not get back to me when I emailed them asking not to ship with said company as I knew the fees would be higher
I can't weigh in on the quality of the plate itself, but for how much extra it's costing I could have likely gotten one made locally for cheaper at this point with better customer service

I have bought multiple skid trays from TBW. I put one on my Subaru Crosstrek that I Offroad. I beat on it and it preforms better then it should. They preform extremely well and I will be buying more in the future!!!!!

Aluminum Engine Under Tray Skid Plate for 2013-2020 Subaru BRZ & Scion Toyota FR-S: I would not recommend the skid plate for a first generation BRZ, FRS, or 86 as it did not fit my 2017 BRZ. To be fair, the rear panel fit, but not the front one. I reached out to TBW for instructions/ clarification since this part clearly did not work. This started the over 6 months process of me trying to get a refund for this item, which never should have been marketed as fitting my 2017 BRZ in the first place. TBW said they didn’t have install instructions for this skid plate. I sent pictures of how it was impossible for this skid plate to fully be installed on my car. This started the long process of TBW never replying back to me. To me, it was obvious I was being ghosted. Finally, I gave up and called them. You could tell John was knowledgeable of all the emails, and he admitted this product had never been tested on newer first generation BRZ/ FRS/ 86. John said they would try to locate a BRZ closer to a 2017 to test the fitment. All this accomplished was more time not owning up to their mistake of incorrectly describing their products. I finally started emailing them for updates, which TBW ignored for a while before answering they had not tested their skid plate further. I then requested a refund. After a while, they said they emailed several return labels to me, but I never received any of them. I then requested a screenshot of a return label, received it, and promptly returned the skid plate. I waited several days for TBW to process my refund after the package arrived at their location. After not hearing anything, I contacted them about my refund status. Only after this did TBW process my refund, but told me it probably wouldn’t work since my order was originally placed over 6 months ago. I waited and then told them my money had not been refunded over the phone. TBW informed me they knew their bank had cancelled the refund. They were not overly happy when I requested a direct PayPal refund, but did process it. While I do like TBW’s STI skid plates, this horrible customer service and overall experience has resulted in me and my friends no longer wanting to do business with them.
Update: I tried to post this review on TBW’s website, but it has not shown up there after several weeks. So, TBW either didn’t like my review or is not in the habit of reviewing the reviews they receive in a timely manner…?♀️

I will say customer service wise they are very friendly and informative. However I wasn’t to impressed with the skid plate after running it for a month. Out of the box it was beautiful, install was quick and easy. However while doing some data logging I started noticing some feedback knock and fineknock learn that wasn’t there prior to the skid plate. I went to investigate and found the oil pan door was actually sitting against the drain plug making direct contact. Even though I got the skid plate for the iag pan the pan was literally less than a quarter in above the skid plate. The skid plate was very flimsy and flexed under load to where it would slap against the oil pan repeatedly under high speed creating false knock and the car pulling back on timing under WOT. I thought about using spacers but when I dropped the skid plate down I realized parts of it were bent and warped, not because I hit anything as the paint was perfect, just flimsy metal under load. I initially wanted the thickest option which probably wouldn’t have had the warping issue but they assured me the thinnest option was what I needed for my application. Overall I’m kinda pissed off as I ran the pan for about a month and a half and had to remove it and put the oem plastic one back on.

I ordered a skid plate and cat cover and ordered extra hardware by accident. They called and told me the extra hardware was not necessary and saved me money before shipping it in less than 2 days to Canada. Will recommended as it was a pleasant experience and they're not into selling you something you don't need.
