The team18 truck just cut me off on Lamb. Because he was being super inpatient in the median lane. Almost went into the back of his truck. Maybe have a conversation with that driver he doesn't drive very safely.

Total rip-off. They send invoices with no work orders or proof work was done. Work was not done. We asked for proof that work was done and to date nothing. Taking them to courtService: General construction

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY - Dream Team Construction presented themselves as a General Contractor on Yelp, through legal contracts and in verbal exchanges. After Jarell blamed me for giving him COVID from the job site (teams never showed with COVID) he refused to finish. His work was extremely sloppy, he committed to a timeframe where he didn't finish the job and walked once he received 80% of payment. Message me for pictures and any other information before using them.

Got my carpet redone and it was worth every dollar. Dream Team was able to finish it efficiently while providing the best quality of work. They're there to answer any of your questions and will get the job done! Hope todo more projects in the future

I wanted accent walls in my house, saw Jarrell's work on yelp & gave it shot. He came to give me an estimate, we signed the contract & immediately started my project. He's very professional, artistic & entertains to every question & idea that u have, he gets u involved and ask for your opinion. He takes time with his work, very clean job. Working on my next project with him. I highly recommend dream team construction.

This is my third time working with Jarrell, first he textured all the ceilings in my home and some walls I took down that had old paneling on them and painted the entire house inside. Then he laid some carpet in all of our bedrooms, and now he painted the exterior of the home. All I can say is top notch quality from him! I've worked as a contractor and for a production home builder for years and I truly believe he has the best quality I have seen. He's very communicative, always makes sure everything is to your satisfaction and takes time to answer any questions you may have, and always arrives on the job when he says he will. I would recommend his work a thousand times over! Would definitely have him work on future projects again! Appreciate all the hard work and thank you for turning my home into something great!

This review is submitted on behalf of my wife Tiffany C. and myself. Two words: Worth it. We consider ourselves blessed to have found Jarrell through Yelp. Over the years, we had our stairs repaired multiple times because no one bothered to figure out what the underlying issues were. Jarrell took the time to get to the bottom of what the issues were and came up with the appropriate solutions. We weren't just looking for someone who can do the job, we were essentially looking for someone who can permanently fix the issues with our stairs. And that person was Jarrell. Of the handful of contractors we have previously hired and ultimately failed, Jarrell was the one and only person who delivered and actually understood the assignment. Upon making an initial appointment for an estimate with Jarrell, he did contact me to let me know that he was on his way. He was on time. As per my request, he did contact me upon arrival and remembered not to ring the doorbell. Jarrell provided multiple estimates that we could choose from. Each estimate clearly listed all of the work that would be done, so that we would all be on the same page. With his attention to detail, Jarrell had remembered to include tasks that we had previously discussed verbally in the estimates. More importantly, he did follow through and complete these said tasks. Meaning, he is on top of things and doesn't need to be reminded. Jarrell is a man of his word. Punctuality Punctuality was taken very seriously. Jarrell consistently showed up on time on the dates and times he announced he would be working on the stairs. Communication Jarrell always kept an open line of communication. He welcomed questions and concerns. With my experience with previous contractors, I've always found this to be lacking and a struggle. Therefore, I was pleased with Jarrell's forthcoming communication that lasted throughout the entire project. Transparency Jarrell was transparent about fees and costs. These were communicated in advance. He is honest and trustworthy. Respectful After each time Jarrell came to work on the stairs, him and Arlene cleaned up, this included sweeping and tidying up the garage. This may be deemed common practice, however, with our previous experience with other contractors, it actually isn't common practice. Jarrell and Arlene also had things put away neatly and organized. Garbage produced from the project was also removed from the premises. Craftsmanship The quality of his work speaks for itself. There is attention to detail and precision. You should know by now how unbelievably difficult it is to find someone like Jarrell in Las Vegas. With hiring Jarrell, what you are paying for is someone who will complete the job correctly the first time.

Dream Team Construction has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. We needed a lot of TLC with our newly purchased home as the previous owners left several holes on the walls, didn't finish the tiles, etc and Jarrell and his team did an amazing job fixing, repairing and repainting the interior and exterior. They also had everything cleaned up afterwards. Constant communication and updates, they respond in a quick and timely fashion. I will definitely be calling them again with my future projects.

We wanted to turn the office in our new home into a third bedroom by adding a door and filling in the transom area above. We contacted Jarrell to do this. He did an amazing job. You'd never know that the new door wasn't part of the original construction! He and his team were always polite and a pleasure to work with.
