Was a return customer until today. I walked in while waiting on the phone with my doctors office a gentleman greeted me and I informed him I needed an oil change. At that my doctors office got back online and that's when the gentleman helping me stated I need my brakes done , I said I didn't have the money at this time as I'm in a hardship. He then began to push and stated that they are low and need to be taken care of, I stated to him again that I'm only here for an oil change. He said you were at 2mm I then placed my doctors office on hold and informed again I don't have the money and how embarrassing it is for him to keep pushing the issue when I understand the importance for them to be done. He returned with " well maybe don't come in here on the phone when talking to me". I absolutely was shocked never again will I patronize any of your locations. The level of customer service I received today was 0. No compassion !!!

I have brought my truck, my work truck, my daughters car, here for years. They have always been honest about what was needed and nothing more , if they are not comfortable with something they let you know. Always the time I was told. 100% Horrible customer service, terribly high-prices Basic diagnostic tests they charge $175 that only take 5 minutes on a hand held tablet. Eric the service manager and his staff did not look out for my best interest of my vehicle period! OWNER BEWARE: DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TED WEINS ON RAINBOW AMD CHARLESTON UNLESS YOU PLAN ON BEING UTERLY RIPPED OFF!! SMUT!???

Today I came in to get my tire alignment done with an appointment. They took my keys I took a seat in the lobby, I ended up getting notifications that my car was being worked on even though I was watching it sitting in the parking lot. The most I saw was someone starting my car to get the mileage and leaving, after another half an hour waiting I ended up walking out to see if anything was wrong. Come to find out my car was running the whole time with nobody inside and the doors unlocked. I went in to figure out why they left it running because anybody could just hopped in as it was in the open and running, I was met with no apologies and the person I was speaking to just gave back my keys and walked away. Went in for a wheel alignment. Got in and out in under an hour but had to go back because the car still pulled to the left.Car is driving straight now but, not confident in the work because the print out that was given to me after the 1st alignment, did not match the 2nd pre-allignment numbers.Almost like the tech had left something loose on my car. SKETCHY!I went home and double checked the torque on all of my suspension and steering and found 4 bolts loose / not torqued to spec.I would rather work done right / safe over done fast / cheap.

When I walked in, the Saturday manager abruptly told me they would not change oil on a Porsche. After I told him I had changed my oil there several times, he said he’d speak with the service manager. Then he said it would cost over $330 (before my 50% Ted Wein discount), when I always paid less than $100 at the very same location. He smugly said, “That’s fair, right?” When I asked to top off my antifreeze, he said they couldn’t do it. While I was waiting, I heard him being very aggressive and abrasive with another customer. It seems like he was all the hustle.

Eric was a very nice manager. was ineffective at getting cfna bank (Ted wiens charge card) to fix an issue Ted wiens store caused. He would not reach out to Jennifer Wiens the owner thlo help facilitate the issue of not getting my bill due to an incorrect address the store put into the system. Never use Cfna bank, it's like dealing with a company out in the hood, and you can tell by their customer service that nay be the majority of clients they deal with because they have terrible customer service skills and ability to speak English. It's very sad that Ted Wiens tries to take advantage of the underprivileged. All you need to do is read reviews of the bank they use, the customer service and you will see the types of clients they are attracting. If I didn't experience it with my own eyes as an executive I could not believe it.

Wasn't really happy ...the guys were friendly but didn't fix cpl things I told them to fix which they recommend.. there was a parts delay which wasn't their fault but had they ordered when I brought it end would not of had to bring it back everything a bit pricey but guess everything cost more these days
