If you're black, please do not spend your money in this store because they absolutely don't appreciate or want your business. I purchased a full-priced Rebecca Minkoff purse ($298) on 7/6/23 from Terrene and I returned it 20 minutes later. Here's why...When the cashier was completing my transaction I was having a conversation with my boyfriend who came to meet me in the store. She was saying all accessories are final sale, blah, blah, blah, she never gave me a total, just took my card, gave me my purchase and put the receipt in the shopping bag. When I returned to my room I took the purse out to show my boyfriend and notice my receipt was stamp in big reg letters FINAL SALE. I immediately called the store and asked what was the return policy on purses and she wanted to know which brand, so I asked does it matter as long as I paid full price? Then she says, "well you can return it within 30 days as long as you haven't removed the tags." Basically she insinuated I was gonna use the purse and then try to return it for a refund. I immediately told her that would not be a problem because I was returning it right now for a full refund. When I went back to the store (5 min after I called) the cashier who rang up my purchase would not come out of the back. And the cashier who gave me my refund kept apologizing but it was just a performative gesture accompanied with a blank, clueless stare. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime in this store. AND I bought the same purse on Rebecca Minkoff website and saved $60!

My husband bought a beautiful swimsuit on sale and cosmetics for me there, and we would have considered to buy dresses there too, if there would be a website to go back to and purchase it (since our time for shopping is always limited in Vegas, and we have to buy things we've seen in person, alreafy online, when we have time). But, oh, well... No website. We will find it elsewhere.

A bit expensive, but it's Vegas -- so of course it is -- but the swimwear is HOT! ???

I just left the store and the experience was anything but luxury. We were followed around the store by a very rude employee. I asked the woman what kind of store it was and was it an outlet because most of the items were luxury and marked down. They also had pre owned Louis Vuitton. She gave a mean glare as if she took offense. Later, my boyfriend asked what MCM stood for. She didn't know. I was telling him about the company telling him it was Asian owned she cut me off. Again looking at me crazy as if I said a curse word. Telling me no it's not Asian it's German I think. Which we were both correct but her tone was unpleasant. I smiled at her and told my boyfriend let's go. I liked the store and only asked questions with the intention to return because who wouldn't want designer items for less. But I suggest finding a new employee. We are locals who happened to come about the place because we were staying at the Aria and I had wanted to buy clothing. However, following people around the store (we are black) with out asking if we need assistance and when we do ask for it are met with an negative attitude is not how to get people to buy stuff. The woman was thin with blonde highlights and a accent.

Terrene offers women’s fashions, accessories, swimwear, shoes, jewelry, and cosmetics. What a great day to spend a secluded afternoon between Starbucks, pools, and the spa!

Great clothing, swimwear, makeup, and accessories store inside Aria. I've always had good luck here. The only thing that makes me a bit crazy is they only put out the tiny sizes. I'm a size 8, and apparently that's too fat to be displayed. They have a broader size range stored in the back, so as not to offend the supermodels, I guess. Just ask. On a positive note, the sales staff is always friendly and helpful.

Walking by this establishment I saw a few items I wanted to look at and possibly purchase. My friend and I walked in and was approached by an associate named Crystal. She greeted us and followed up with “we have larger sizes in the back.” I was taken back a little because I didn’t know how to interpret the statement. So, my friend and proceeded to walk to the back towards the shoes but all of a sudden Crystal was right there with us pretending to search through a rack of 4 swimsuits. As we moved around the store, she did too. I was totally uncomfortable and told my friend let’s just get out of here. I will never step foot inside this establishment again.
