Walked in to buy something to drink walk right back out because of the customer service that I receiveat from the cashier. Nothing but rude and disrespectful towards me. And she tried to hide her name badge.. Behavior like this is uncalled for. 7/20/2025 @5:30pm

I want to start off this review with some praise. Kriselle the night cashiers goes above and beyond to treat her customers like family. This is my local go to place for gas, gaming and convenience items. Unfortunately after 2 years of loyalty to this location I will never be back. Jett Gamijg has destroyed all reputation. I have won 6 jackpots alone this year at this location which is exciting but each time I kids you not I have had to suffer a 4-6 hour wait due to no technicians available. The dispatch had the nerve this time to tell the cashiers that I could sit here for 4 hours and wait as another customer takes precedent. I have no problem being patient and waiting my turn but who does that to your customers. The only good thing left about this place are the hrs workers on the front line. They stand out and go above and beyond. Jett Gaming SMH you lost a customer but from the sound of it I’m not valued anyways

After my dentist appointment, I went to McDonald's, I entered this convenience/gas station store, I had to take a look at the snack side, and I was thinking about grabbing Peanut Butter and Jelly but I instead had to grab and buy a Beef Stick and a Cheese Stick, and after I purchase this item, I had to eat outside and hang out a little bit until I had to start walking.

I received a fake $20 bill from the atm. Called the number on atm was informed terribles fills this atm. I asked employee if we could contact manager, and he became very confrontational accusing me of having fake money. He continued to yell and cus even with a store full of customers.

They are true to their name, the bathrooms are TERRIBLE... It is not a corporate Chevron location known for their clean restrooms.

So no more free air. You can ask by location but post COVID it looks like Terribles has taken away this freebie. Shame considering how much money I spend here. Calling corporate for details...****spoke to corporateAll locations should have a remote on the new system to go turn on free air. Apparently this misstep is some associates/locations know that and others don't. So it is a service they still offer but it's a gamble whether or not you get a location that knows what they're doing...or not.
