The elderly black woman who works here is extremely unkind. She yelled at a woman who asked her if there was a restroom and then proceeded to yell at a man for trying to refill his water. A man in line asked her how much a water cup would be to buy for the homeless man and she immediately snapped at him to wait until it was his turn at the register. While I understand certain rules are in place for sanitary reasons it doesn’t take much to be a kind human being. No one knows the circumstances of other people and what brought them to low points in their lives. I bought the man a jug of water and she had an attitude ringing it up, rolling her eyes when I handed it to him. Let this be a reminder to all to have some grace!

What a real dump!! They don't even give you a free drink when you pump gas. Their car wash is open air so when its over 100 degs your car is not really clean and end up with water spots all over. The store inside looks a garage that a border has filled with junk. Unorganized dirty, disgusting location. Even if they bull dozed this place down to the ground it would a tremendous improvement!! How embarrassing this company is the worst! They even have the nerve to price gouge everything too !!!

That store is a joke and the staff do not have any customer service skills at all! I watch the fat light skinned guy who is a staff member take money from the cash register and put it in his pocket. but when he stole the money, he did it in a way like he was not stealing. Never steal from where you work, dummy!

I just got to Vegas and walked into this convenience store.Went in, and this lady behind the counter started mumbling quietly. I walked past, but she kept talking. I came back up to the counter and asked what she wanted. She said "I am not serving you, you have a backpack and a bag. Leave. Have a good day". I asked if I could show her what's in the bag or maybe leave the bag at the door, but she wouldn't relent and kicked me out. Terrible by name, terrible by nature.What a way to welcome a tourist to Vegas, made my day.

The employee named Quincy is one of the most repulsive employees… I have ever met in my entire life. He’s extremely rude,aggressive and unprofessional… likes to cuss out customers and homeless people in the parking lot. This waste of a human being needs to lose his job. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible.The employee Quincy was listening to gangsta rap with obscenities. I doubt that that’s ok by corporate, plus it’s very rude. At pump #4 the paper was out so I couldn’t print out the coupon for the free can of Dr. Pepper nor my receipt.

Went to the car wash, paid $10 for the stampede. It was just one quick run through the wash, nothing else. Other locations would wash the windows and vacuum inside. Not this location. To make things worse, the wash itself was not good. Lots of missing spots with dirty windows in corners and dirty sections of car. It cleaned some areas of the car of course but many areas were still dirty.

Today was a good day at Terrible's Car Wash on Flamingo and Maryland pkw because I complained to the attendant about the last time I had my car washed how dissatisfied I was with the individual who wipes the car with the brush before it rolls through he was very sympathetic and as it turns out to keep a good customer I received the top of the line car wash.

As an Uber driver I need to keep my car clean so my boyfriend bought me a month pass for the car wash. It's ok although now I'll be looking for the alleged brush marks other customers are complaining of.Employees have always been cool to me.And the only complaint I have is it's 6:30 a m. And I am ready for my car wash and to utilize the free vacuums..however I was just told the vacuums aren't turned on nor does the car wash start until 7:30 a.m.Las Vegas was always known as a "24 Hour Town".... So will businesses ever keep up with the reputation ? Think about it, here in Vegas we all have varying schedules day in and day out...intelligent businesses would therefore be open around the clock which would also serve to employ more people of this city.
