Not only will I never go to this terrible herbst again but I'm seriously thinking about writing all of the news stations about the way I was treated by the store clerk there yesterday afternoon....I took my dog, Draco, (who is a certified service animal) in with me when I went in with a friend of mine to gamble a few dollars and cool off we had been in the store for about 3-5 mins and the clerk asked me if he was a service animal at which point I said yes and she proceeded to ask me for paperwork to prove it. Unless I am mistaken and the law has changed store employees are aloud to all if the animal is a service animal but that's it they aren't allowed to question you for paperwork or why you need a service animal and I told the lady this but I have his certificate on my phone so I would go ahead and show her even tho I don't need to.... She then proceeded to tell me very in a very ride tone that it was the law that they see paperwork because terrible herbst makes laws now.....I explained to her she may think it's is terrible policy to ask for paper work but the law says different and not to worry I had my papers just give me a moment she then continued to argue that she was right until I found the file on my phone off Draco's certificate and showed her at which point she said on no I need the physical paper there's not even a date on there that's when I started to get rude and said are you blind there's a date right there above his registration number which is dated 11/17/2021 then she said it want up to date and told me I had to take my dog out of the store at which point I asked for terrible's corporate number she said you can look it up and I asked for her name and she said you don't need to know my name! Well I did look up corporates number and all I got was a recording I never got a hold of am actual person to speak with at all!

Miss Christie is so very nice. She made me have a better day. I came in feeling down and then feeling happy. God bless you miss Christie. I had to come in and erase the bad review I did because Erica is back and Laura is so nice. God bless this place. I’ve been coming here for eight years yours truly Marchelo.

Went here for fuel 3 or pumps broken at the same time, after a 3 1/2 hr drive asked to used restroom and was told no restroom I pleaded and even asked because of medical reasons the man cashier who uses walking braces walked all the to the back to speak to his relame supervisor. Came back still NO! Had to literally jump in car and drive to find another people friendly place to use RR. Also when I walked in I walked into a middle age guy threatening the cashier and cursing him in Spanish told he better pick up the fam phone apparently they knew each other when he realized I was standing there he got into his Jeep and drove off. Rant for the owners of establishment.

They have listed on maps that there are public restrooms. There are NO restrooms available here. Super frustrating.

The employee working at the register was very rude and unprofessional. She was messing with the cigarettes when I walked up and I asked if I needed to be at that register or the other one and she ignores me grabs my drink scans it and gives me the price and still didn’t say anything when I told her she can acknowledge people when they talk to her she just gave me a dirty look. I can see why this place has horrible ratings they hire trash and the floors are disgusting

Don't go there for gas, I go for their gaming machines! Probably won't return I've already had two problems with the machine! I had to wait 2 hours to get my money that was stuck in a machine!!!? That's the closest terrible's gaming machine so don't make it a lot harder to play their games if I don't go in there! Best part of all this it was only 95 degrees when I went in there! 2 hours later it was much hotter to drive my handicap scooter home in the Sun.

Horrible black woman sat in the car with some man that didn’t work there at least 3 ppl outside waiting even had the man getting out telling customers 20 min after she already was in the car 20min very unprofessional now the guy is entertaining her while at work high as a kite eating behined the counter and all I won’t be coming back

No restroom! Staff was very inconsiderate knowing that a customer needed the restroom/toilet. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else. This is the only gas station I know that do not have a restroom for their patrons or customer. Forgot the name of the cashier but its a male and a chunky guy.

GOT SOME COINS FOR THE WASH,I INSERTED THE TOKENS TO WASH MY CAR. THE 2 COINS GOT STUCK & I COULD NOT MAKE THE MACHINE TO WORK. AND AS IF THAT WASN'T WORST THEIR WAS A SYRINGE IN THE DRAIN. PARENTS BEWARE,PEOPLE WITH KIDS WERE WASHING THE CARS AS I WAS.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT TERRIBLES.

This place does not answer the phone. Ten calls, no answers. They just shut off the call after 8 rings. Just wanted to know what time the car wash opens. Would save time and frustration if they would put it on the website. Oh yeah, the website moved and now you have to find it on the corporate site. There are plenty other car washes opening on the east side. Glad I don't need Terrible's.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I LEFT MY DOOR OPEN WHILE VACUUMING MY INSIDE. AN EMPLOYEE NAMED CHRIS WAS SWEEPING NEXT TO MY DOOR. AFTER VACUUMING, I REALIZED MY WALLET WAS MISSING FROM THE DOOR SLOT WHERE I LEFT IT AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. I ASKED TO SEE THE CAMERAS AND GOT NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT IT AND HE WAS BLATANTLY LYING AND NERVOUS. I CALLED HOURS LATER AND MY I.DS WERE FOUND IN THE TRASH BUT MY WALLET WAS STOLEN. THE PEOPLE HERE AND SHAMELESS, BROKE THIEVES WHO WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS!!! BE WARNED!!!
