went into this store at approx. 6:30 a.m. today. I bought 220 oz sodas. The sign said they were 2 for 4. When he scanned the sodas, my total was higher. I brought this to the cashier's attention to which he replied that “I was still getting a discount.” I told him that it was not the point that the sign said that they 2 for 4 and I'm being charged more. He did not offer to rectify it, instead he got visibly frustrated even though I did not yell or get upset with him. (I was a cashier for a long time and didn't appreciate when I was yelled for something I didn't do or something that was out of my control), It didn’t matter to the cashier. He responded by breathing heavily, sighing loudly like a teenager, and telling me that I was “still getting a discount” I said it didn’t matter I was still being overcharged” and pointed out the sign again. He sighed once more and told me that the price had changed because it was a new month. That excuse would have been acceptable a couple of weeks ago, but it's late January now. He drew another exaggerated breath and asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said no he loudly sighed again, still breathing in an exaggerated manner and said “OKkkkk wellllll have a good day I guess.” As I walked out, I told him I'm sorry that me being overcharged and bringing it up somehow upset him and said I didn't understand how I was the jerk for it. Especially since I did not mistreat him at all in any way, shape, or form. I didnt even ask for the price to be fixed. Not a lot of customers would have been so relaxed about the whole issue. I was rewarded with the cashier acting like I was rude for even mentioning it. How does he still have a job? How is his behavior acceptable? He's the older Asian male for those wondering. I don’t understand how he thinks his behavior is acceptable at all. This is not the first time I’ve bear witness to that type of behavior from him, It is just the first time it was directed at me. I have seen his abhorrent Behavior on more than 1 occasion. He treats the landscapers who come in terribly and get frustrated with them because their English is broken or theh don't speak it. Your store is going to start losing business because of his behavior if that hasn't happened already.

I pulled in for an oil change and was waiting for directions. There was a young employee who looked at me and turned around. Apparently he didn’t want to be bothered. No-one there appeared to want to help. There was a group of employees being talked to. I asked if they were open? Whom I think must’ve been the supervisor turned around and said yes. It seemed I was bothering them so I said, thank you and left. I was the only car. Perhaps they aren’t morning workers.

Went here at 03/31/2021 at 10:15 PM to buy gas and Alkanix 24 pack water. The lady was unable to scan the water. Short story I told the lady that the guy in the morning usually scan the water using the barcode by the cashier machine. The barcode worked! The lady ended up blaming for the poor customer service she provided. She told me that I should've told her 10 minutes ago that she had to use that special barcode. As a customer, why do I have to tell the cashier what to do? I did not want to make a scene and I ended up writing this review.

Nasty bathroom and a Nasty clerk. Great way to start my Wednesday. Terribles your my Go To convienience store but tgat can change if you keep taking me for granted.

Came in for gas here a few times. Kenneth is awesome I overheard how well he treats the customers and was impressed. Keep io the good work young man. Great things coming for you in the future. Need a cold drink or gas make sure you stop here. Great people nice location. Never too crowded.

This is the only location I am aware of that has a smog check service that is open past 7pm. I needed a smog not long ago and called every smog location listed on google maps near Anthem. I know it's a little drive but wasn't bad traffic at the time in early evening. Everything else you would expect from a gas station with the addition of free air and bathroom if you ask. Free vacuum with an automated car wash purchase and every 10th wash is free.

I was just here & honestly it was painful. The cashier, Paulette, was rude upon arrival; then when I walked up to the cash register she proceeded to finish her text messages rather than acknowledging my existence. Then really didn't talk to me at all; told me my price & stared at me. I won't be back. This was such an uncomfortable experience & to be ignored completely for her to respond to a text - unacceptable.

I started pumping gas into my car and gas started going all over because they hadn't connected the nozzle to the hose correctly. (Got all over my shoes.) I immediately stopped and went inside to let them know about this dangerous hazard. I also told the guy to cancel my transaction because I shouldn't be paying for gas that's lying on the ground (even if it is only 0.386 gallons). The guy responded with "I'll be out in a minute with some stuff." I was worried about how the guy didn't seem to care, so I put the nozzle on the ground so the next person would know not to use it. I moved my car and started trying to fill it. But then my credit card wouldn't work at the next pump because it was still stuck in the transaction at the first pump (because the guy hadn't canceled it!) So I went in to ask the guy to cancel it- he was just standing at the register- not coming out with any hazard signs or anything and acted very annoyed that I was bothering him again. He refused to cancel the transaction until I hung up the pump and I again tried to explain how dangerous this situation could be (he should have known this already but didn't seem to care). The whole time he's acting more and more annoyed by my existence. He said he'd be right out with the stuff, so I went out and put the pump back up. I almost immediately had to stop another customer from using it. I finished filling my car (over $25) at a different pump and the guy still hadn't come out. I was concerned about how dangerous this was, so I went back in and spoke with the assistant manager. She finally put a yellow "broken" bag on the nozzle but informed me that because the guy hadn't canceled my transaction I'm going to be charged for it. Even though I'd told him to cancel it (which he claims he hadn't heard me say). Avoid these people who endanger the public and charge you for products you don't actually get!!

I always come here to get my car washed and always tip whoever is scrubbing the cars. Today i tipped the kid, in front of the guy who took my payment, I'm guessing the manager. Well i watched him ask the kid how much and then take it from him. The poor kid looked bummed. Do you not let them keep the tops the earn?
