Do the cashiers HAVE to be mean? You don’t have to be sunshine and rainbows, but at least don’t roll your eyes and flip up your hands that I didn’t read the total off the chip reader rather than wait for you to tell me how much cash to hand you. I’m sorry my transaction interrupted your text message convo with “My Ninja”. Install self service if I’m that much of an inconvenience.

Pump 11 hasn't worked properly for months and dispenses fuel at the speed of frozen molasses yet management does nothing about it and removes the signs that the attendants put up to warn patrons. Meanwhile I've got to sit here for 20 mintues to fill up my tank so the 30 cent per gallon discount I earned won't go to waste since they can't transfer it to another pump.

Guys fix your car wash final rinsing, it not working about one month. Black cars comes out dirtier than before washing, all in big white spots.

Needed to air up a tire. Not possible here because someone who works here thinks that is a convenient place for them to park. Sunshade and all.

Convenient? Nothing convenient about arriving at 3:40 am and the cashier having it closed until 4:21 am and still no signs of opening . Been waiting for about 40 minutes and have seen atleast 8 people attempt to go in and couldn't. I only have cash and can't leave because my tank is on e and don't want to risk being stranded. Even has a guy who biked here waiting out in the cold for nearly an hour. Don't advertise that your open for 24 hours if you're gonna be closed at hours when people wake up to go to work. Wtf could possibly make someone take this long to open up the damn store, this has never happened before it's always opened at this time. I'll make sure to skip this location from now on. We come here for the touchless car wash! It's so hard to find a good/cheap touchless kind out here and so this works out perfect to stop by quickly during the work commute.

Service and clean your car wash! It's filthy and falling apart! Trash all over the ground from pre-pandemic, walls are filthy, plumbing is clogged. WTF?!

would give 0 stars if i could! was hoping to find out about the future status of the hotel/casino in Jean, NV! But their social media receptionist, Kaylee answered me with an angry and horrible attitude, then blocked me from commenting any further on any of terrible herbst facebook pages! this woman should be fired for venting such unprofessional behavior toward their customers, not to mention their loyal gamblers! As for their hotel/casino in Jean, NV! hopefully The current owners will sell the shuttered property along with the surrounding land and gas station to a future casino/real estate developer that is more customer/gambler friendly

I love the service Terrible Herbst has with all clients. One time my car was with just some little spots at the front and they sent me back for another wash. I have never had any problems or issues with them. I really recommend this Terrible Herbst car wash.
