Very bad experience I had 2 items not ring up and the cashier made me pick something else other than going to check the price when I asked him about it he said it’s mornings problem not his problem and that I’m pretty much screwed why put things on the floor if you can’t ring them in on top of that bottom tier customer service I see why you call yourselves terrible

They can’t seem to keep their touch free crash operational for more than a week at a time. As someone who works graveyards I was excited to have a car wash that worked with my schedule, but this is the third time in a row I’ve gone and it’s been broken over the course of two months. It’s ludicrous. I’ll take my business elsewhere I guess.

Got Gas and a Car Wash and they even took 40 Cents off as a discount. The Car Wash kept playing Red Light Green Light as the process went on. But in the end it was like getting makeup done and my car was sparkling. I just think they need to test functions every once in a while and make sure people get what they pay for. This way they won't be disappointed. I really like the Light up Dryers though. Would come back again.

waited an hour for a carwash just for the sensor to not be able to read my unlimited car wash subscription that i pay 35 dollars a month for. when i asked an assistant manager for help he said there was “nothing he could do” even though there is surely a way to allow me to go through manually. i ended up leaving this location without a carwash despite my long wait, then went to another terribles on rainbow to which my barcode still did not work for some reason, but was still let through manually. absolutely ridiculous customer here, never coming back.

I just don't do rude. I live right down the street and I seldomly come in here. The gentleman that's working there tonight always has a frown on his face. Rude don't speak. Don't do nothing and I come in there so I know you have policies on carding people. I'm well over 50. No worries. I'll send my son to get what I need but other than that I'll come back in cuz I needed something. This fool outside smoking. Is it break time so when I walked in as a customer you should have walked right behind me to help me. That's tacky and none of my surprise because this is what I experience in Vegas tacky customer service.

6:26-6:28 am. SAT March 25th. CHECK THE CAM. Bro scans my stuff in, doesn't say a word and turns around to stock. I should of just stole your stuff. I come here all the time, usually not the best service, but this a new low. Happens again I'm gonna start abusing the situation.

They do not accept PASSPORTS to buy alcohol! Lady on Monday evening said new nevada law says must have id to scan or no alcohol, I am 42 and been coming here for 8 years 3-4 times a week, terribles just lost long time customer. Can travel the world with a passport but not with a nevada id, what a joke

Great car wash but unlike a typical auto wash, this place takes 6-7 minutes per car so if you’re 3rd or 4th in line, expect to lose a half hour out of your day.

I am so disappointed with our neighborhood Terrible Fort Apache/ Peace Way. My wife filled our car with gas and the pump advertised a free drink with a fill up. She pressed the drink she wanted but no coupon printed, so she went in and spoke to a worker about her free drink and my wife mentioned that no coupon printed. The worker mentioned that she asked management to show her how to add paper at the pump so the coupon can print but management never showed her how to add the paper. At least this worker told my wife to get her free drink. Another time my wife once again filled the car with gas and once again no coupon printed, the worker there told my wife that it was near the end of the month so the free drink offer should not have been offered, but it was offered. This worker said if no coupon was printed she can't do anything about that. Why is it that this company offer a free drink with a fill up of gas and do not honor what they advertise? When they clearly do not put paper to print the coupon, this is a " TERRIBLE" practice, obviously they do it on purpose. Due to these events, we are no longer using this location to fill our car with gas.
