Terrible Herbst Convenience Store is noted for its great location and is very clean and well-maintained. Many customers are loyal to this location, with visitors and locals frequenting it. The staff are consistently described as great, friendly, personable, and professional. A specific community aspect is appreciated, like the pump and pour offer and the natural "pay it forward" gesture it creates. However, the store is not 24 hours, closing for two hours in the middle of the night, and its reopening time can be inconsistently later than the posted 4 am, which some find frustrating. A minor maintenance issue was also noted regarding the men's room. Despite this, it remains a supported neighborhood store.
