I wish I could give this location negative starts. Went there around 7AM in the morning the woman behind the counter is super rude. She said I had to spend $40 to break my large bill. She was nice to the people before me. So I genuinely feel it was she just did not like me for some strange reason.

I went to this location after taking an Uber eats delivery to grab gas, and something to drink. Instead the clerk inside at 6:00pm to 6:30pm decided to ostracize me, and falsely accuse me of stealing. Barking orders and demanding I take off my mask.
Which I wear anytime I enter places due to COVID and having Asthma not trying to get sick and catch COVID. The clerk berates me, treats me as if I’m a criminal! I’ve never been treated with so little respect in my life. Especially from another black man, racial profiling me calling me a criminal and falsely accusing me of a crime. Illegally telling me to take my mask off, and claiming that it’s their store policy. When there aren’t any signs on the door about no mask policy. Also that being illegal and a HIPPA violation considering the mask are being worn for a protection from viruses, and people wear them if they themselves are sick to not get others sick.
The fact this store has a COVID clear shield over the counter contradicts his claim that there is a policy in the store about no mask. I will be filing a lawsuit against this store for defamation, and falsely accusing me stealing. As I was going to pay for the two powerades I brought up to the counter.
I will add, I went to another terrible gas station location further down. They had no issues with me wearing my mask inside the gas station! I paid for my items and got gas with NO ISSUES! Lawyers will be contacting you soon! This type of treatment I went through yesterday is not okay! Falsely accusing people of being a criminal and stealing based on the actions of others is profiling, and is illegal! I have contacted my lawyers who willing filing my suit soon!

Entered the store and the woman behind the counter was super rude when I had a question about the pump. She didn’t want to answer any questions. Won’t come back to this location. Next time having workers that actually want to work would be ideal.

I love my car wash at lake mead. The man who is in the office sang happy birthday to me today. It is convenient, well priced and I have been going there for 6 years. I was sorry to see the repair shop close as George was great. Terrific business.

This location used to have an Oil Change shop a few steps away. We come here for gasoline once in a while. Have used the car wash only a couple of times throughout the years. It is good for what we need most of the time which is filling up the vehicles gas tank. We've never had any issues. It's conveniently located on a corner lot.

Buyer beware!! Terrible Herbst is an terrible company to deal with. Manager Kyle Roehr was very rude and dismissive to me, a customer who has patronized his establishment for years. So unethical and shady. I usually get individal car washes but I was selling my daughter's car so I agreed to pay one fee for 30 days. I was told I was paying for a one time fee for 30 days of car washes. Noting was said of a reoccuring charge. I asked many questions to make certain I understood. I have been continually charged since December - 5 months. In all that time I never got another car wash. Of course because I had no idea I was being charged. When I called the corporate office, all I received was a run around. Rebecca did not assist me at all. When I talked with Kyle Roehr the manager of this car wash, he basically called me a liar. "My guys are highly trained and tell everyone it is a reoccuring charge" Be very careful. The company has NO regard for customers. I will not be returning.

0 Stars! Took my dad's Nissan Altima there last Monday on the way out of town. The car wash destroyed his car. Multiple scratches and paint chips. They were not there before! Of course the one time I throw away the receipt :(

Last time I was in there to the car wash they stole me blind I had no idea they would take my ball cabs in the very back. Thank goodness for wow car wash since I will never be back to another terrible's again at least they got the name right, and don't leave anything in your car if you're using their car washes

It's time again for the dreaded "oil change, " and we sure don't want to go to the dealer where it can take hours and cost upwards of $75.00 and more. Where to go this time you ask yourself?If you're lucky enough you've found Terribles Oil Service at 10896 W. Charleston Blvd (at Town Center) in Summerlin, NV. This place won't be the cheapest, but it will be the fastest, most efficient and friendliest oil service you've ever had. For literally a few bucks more than Jiffy Lube its well worth it. If you have any special requests or questions, the staff is ready to answer all your concerns, especially Kyle Roehr, the Manager. And if you want a car wash, the guys who detail your automobile after the wash are all exceptional in their concern for your satisfaction.If you've ever looked at my reviews, you'll know I'm not an easy person to please, so take my word on this one as I'm not so free with compliments. This place is worth the few minutes drive.

The main reason I give zero stars is because of the vacuums. They such because they don't suck...at all! Plus there is only one per car, not one on each side. You have to old school thread it through to the passenger side. It also doesn't stay on very long so you have to stop and go push the on button several times. I finally gave up since it wasn't picking up very well-wasn't worth wasting energy. My only complaints with the actual car wash is it's expensive for what you get and I'm the dryers at the end were useless.

It's got what you'd expect from a Terrible's, but the night clerks often treat you like you took a dump in their coffee. Blatantly disrespectful for no good reason.
