I came by earlier. People who work in retail ,customer service should act professional regardless of the situation. The two lady's made me feel so uncomfortable today I just moved to this side of town and was already having a rough day. I was being polite with them and I thanked them for they're patience. Even though I was the customer. I came by in my work clothes I wanted to get something to drink I had just got off. I was paying with change and my cards . Alot of us don't get paid till tomorrow Friday so I'm using the rest of my change. They're were so irritated and I couldn't do wat I need to so on my phone for the payment because they were being annoyed and it wasn't even busy. They weren't even busy. They were just sitting behind the counter. Lol ppl work hard your getting paid to do a job do it professionally. They're are making the business look bad. I want to go back when I definitely have money of course but I don't feel comfortable going back They're. They handicapped girl was even more rude I felt rushed and broke my cigarettes in my purse rushing for my change and when I handed here my change part of a cigarette got into that and she said that is disgusting. Ik it is and it's not bad habit I didn't meant to I'm not dirty like that. She shouldn't be talking to someone like that I apologized multiple time's because I know they were working so SMH. I felt so uncomfortable it's a nice store very organized and clean but rude service one wrong transaction and it's too much for them.

CARWASH scanner for us that use the monthly pass is never working Manager or maintenance staff do not care to fix the problem and cashiers are scare to print a re-wash one time pass for us Is sad how some locations have great services and facilities and how some other terrible stations like this they really don't care

Old Caucasian lady, with the neck brace on ? Needs a new job, always complaining about her job when I arrive and I’m only there for 5 minutes so I can just imagine the rest of the 7hours.Poor customer service, very toxic for the work environment.

Everyone here is normally friendly! Today was a LONG day to put it mildly. The cashier was so friendly and when she could tell I was having one of those days, she gave me a rainbow rose. It was so sweet and thoughtful! I always come back here, but will especially come back, because of people like her who show you they care.

Car wash is horrible. You pay and it's a 50/50 if it works. When I brought the receipt they just brush you off and tell you to get in the wash line. Regardless what you paid for they use the cheapest level wash. I'm pissed

Car wash is horrible. You pay and it's a 50/50 if it works. When I brought the receipt they just brush you off and tell you to get in the wash line. Regardless what you paid for they use the cheapest level wash. I'm pissed

!!! Seriously ? the car wash looks can be deceiving!!!! Absolutely the best car wash I’ve had and I have a monthly membership elsewhere! Nicely ✅ was told by Daniel the assistant manager that they had just did an update so it is high efficiency and using less water!!! Love that!
