Very rude staff, particularly the checker named Jacqueline. She seems to enjoy being rude to customers. I've seen her be rude to a couple different customers in the past. But she's been rude to me two separate times in the last month.

So they had a cone in one lane so I went in the other lane and went in car wash and nothing happened so I started driving forward then here comes the soap and machine and no water so when I came out soap all over my car.if the car wash isn’t working put a cone on each side not just on one side.

The dark-skinned employee with the big pimple on his face did not want to sell me tobacco, I am a tourist, I showed him my passport, my visa, INE (Mexico ID) and he completely refused, saying that I required one from Las Vegas, if not , there would be no sale. And he still mocked, laughing. Terrible service. If you are Latino, don't go.

Im very disappointed on the customer service i just received. The cashiers name is Catherine. I came to buy a product and she accused me of not buying the product there ? She was very rude stating “ i dont believe you “? We dont sell those products here? And they clearly sell the tobacco products. She was confused by my question? I wanted to buy the other piece to it. And she was saying get out”!? I don’t believe you”? So i asked the other lady to attend me and she did . I think Catherine has a mental issue. She was very rude for no reason at all!? From now on, Iam only going at night when the gentleman work . And she also stated No men work at night?? Wow lol!
I live across the street , i go there all the time! She needs to be known for her rudeness and mental issue.

The staff is totally unfriendly not one can say hello or good morning. I open the door there's an employee standing in my way like I'm supposed to open the door for her. How unprofessional. They need a whole new staff in there. I'll never come back to this ride unpaid group of employees
