Charging is free for up to one hour, but there is a $20 parking fee in the private lot. Users must enter a code to retrieve a ticket for access and scan it to exit.     One hour free parking, no problem. Didn't need a code. You do still need to get a ticket. Careful on the way out, the ticket machine is a far reach and you may scrape your tires on the curb

    Convenient, clean and plenty of available chargers. Off peak cost is excellent value.

    Says Cost $25 to enter unless you have local drivers license. But ticket scanned and open at no cost
