The staff is all nice and every maintenance request is handled fast. I didn’t notice at move in that you’re charged every month for your assigned covered parking spot, regardless if you park in it or not, so that was another $10-$20 expense added on. Expect to pay around $100 over the rent for community utilities/fees each month & it fluctuates. Wish the gym had longer or earlier hours for us who can’t or don’t like to work out before 8pm. I feel pretty safe here but the surrounding neighborhood is not safe & as a woman I do not recommend walking around outside the gate unarmed. The back gate breaks down a lot, there’s been several car break ins this year & the pools have been out of service just about every week this summer but it happens everywhere.. a lot of residents don’t abide by the community rules. It would be nice if everyone cared enough to pick up after their dogs too but it is what it is. all in all happy we gave it a chance. Large floorplans, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, walk in pantry, larger bathrooms.

Do not even THINK about moving here! RUN. First of all, when we started the application process we were told we were getting an upgraded unit. that was absolutely a lie. When we went to look at this "upgraded unit", we quickly realized it was not upgraded. when we told the office , we were told that we would have to pay EXTRA to get an upgraded unit (eventually the staff that told us we were getting the upgraded unit was fired) We decided to proceed as we already had gave notice that we were moving out at our original place. We initially were moving to get a downstairs unit. When we finally moved, that same day we were moving, the AC in the unit did not work. We were moving in July! the heat was intolerable and i was pregnant at the time. It didn't get fixed till a few days later after moving in..... maintenance is HORRIBLE. You could be waiting a month for something to get fixed or it wont get fixed until you place multiple work orders. We had so many work orders. eventually after complaining a few times they finally got fixed. main issue at our apartment was that we wouldn't get hot water while showering IF the AC was on... They are constantly changing managers, which makes communication horrible with office and the office staff. they never answer the office phone. so if you need anything you have to be physically in the office to get answers. I recommend that you keep copies of ANY paperwork! as the numbers while paying rent tend to change which i find really odd. people tend to park on the assigned parking you pay for but office does not like to tow because they get charged for the tow (or reimburse for the fact you cant park in the assigned parking). We only stayed a year because we signed a contract but regret my stay here. If i could I would give it 0 stars.

This place has the worst parking of any apartment complex in town. All covered spots are assigned, so at any given time, 40% of spots are open, but you can't park there. Good luck ever having people over. They won't be able to park within 200' of your apartment

Brian R maintenance was awesome and very efficient. We put in a service request yesterday not expecting a quick response back he was here the following morning. Fixed all 4 of our request less in an hour. Keep doing an amazing job Brian!!!

Hello just wanted to share my wonderful experience with the Brian R. the maintenance tech that came and fixed our jammed door handle on our front door. We put the request in last night not expecting a quick response, but the next morning Brian came first thing in the morning. He was already prepared with the equipment needed so there was no back and forth to their maintenance shack. Really changed my outlook on Grey Star!

It is a pleasure living in a place where individuals like Brian really take pride in their work. He's very efficient and goes above and beyond every time we need something fixed in our apartment. He's made our transition from California to Nevada worry free as far as fixing what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Brian for being amazing!
