Awesome atmosphere, clean establishment, lounge are looking over the city, and classic films on screen.

This is without a doubt the best movie theater in Las Vegas and I wish they were more like it. Get there early so you can actually get parking. The neighborhood is safe but you still have to find parking.

If you're a local this place is a jewel. Only place to see films that aren't mainstream schlock.

Love this theater! I'm so glad this theater is in Las Vegas as it was much needed. Their programming is always showing the best movies and a lot of movies they've shown are films that have been out of the theaters for awhile, or I never had a chance to see the movie in theaters when it was out. I recently saw Uncut Gems and Blue Velvet at The Beverly in theaters for the first time and the experience is completely vastly different to watching on a TV. I only wish they would offer some kind of points system in the future where you could accumulate points on your ticket purchases for a discount on a future ticket. I do tend to go to this theater fairly frequently so that would be a nice bonus if they ever happen to offer a benefit like that in the future. Just great programming all year around and such a nice opportunity to enjoy a film in theaters that you may have not been able to see in a theater before.

I wish they had traditional concessions but it’s very cute and quaint. Don’t miss out on the rooftop!

Just went for the first time yesterday to see ‘Birdy’. Liked the design and film offerings. Prices for tickets and concessions were on par with other chain theaters but a better selection. Seats were decent, but not super luxurious. Had an issue with the film format problem (which they acknowledged) but didn’t correct. Should have refunded portion of the ticket price as it wasn’t fixed. Still would go again for a film I really want to see.

One of a kind theater in Vegas. We don't have anything else like this and so I appreciate this theater that plays indie films. The location is very sleek. The inside is well designed and even has a rooftop patio which is really nice. There is a small concession stand with great options. Prices are average. I appreciate the different showings that this theater offers but it is around $15 for a movie. Because the price is pretty similar to a more high-tech theater, I find it only makes sense to come here if there is a particular indie film or experience I want to have. I understand the pricing and it can definitely be hard to compete with streaming when a lot of films you can rent for cheap. This is a place for people that want the theater experience. The staff is friendly. I don't favor the seating. It is comfortable seating and I don't mind not having recliners or anything, it is just the bleacher aspect of it when you can feel someone shaking their leg or walking that I don't love. Sound quality is good. Overall, I would recommend this place if you'd like to see an indie film in a theater and while I am selective with my choices and probably will still go to the chain theater more often, I will definitely come back to support this local business.

Really loved this place, and I understand the raising costs of everything, including with how much the remodeling and rebranding of the business probably cost; 15 dollars a ticket for outdated seats and screen is insane. When i can go to a new effects driven movie with IMAX for a few bucks more and see almost 95% of the old movies that they show, rented on amazon or some other streaming service for a lot less, I can’t validate giving this theater my money anymore. I will not be attending this theatre anymore and nobody else should, stop giving these greedy businesses your hard earned money. Shoot i could even validate 10$-12$ for old movies and 15$ for newer movies, but the ticket price increase for EVERY film is ridiculous.
