Closet System Design review:
I had an incredible experience with The Container Store in Las Vegas, especially working with Sophia. From the very beginning, the process felt surprisingly easy. It’s honestly hard to believe that within about a week and a half of meeting, we were already bringing a fully realized vision to life.
Sophia took the time to truly understand how I function in my space, what would feel aesthetically right for me, and how to make it all work within my budget — and even included a few thoughtful extras. That level of care and listening made all the difference.
The result feels intentional, personalized, and exciting, not overwhelming. I felt supported throughout the process and never pressured. I highly recommend The Container Store Las Vegas, and especially Sophia.
If I remember, I will update the post with my review of the install process and finished product.

Shame on these people. We booked an appointment for custom closets and a few hours before our appointment, Ashley contacted us to make sure we would bring the dimensions of the relevant rooms, which, of course, was the case. Once there, this same Ashley informed us after just 2 minutes that she was not trained on these products and therefore could neither draw up our plans nor even price the project.
Obviously, no one on site was able to help us, and the only thing she could think of telling us was that each closet wall would cost at least $25k anyway.
This is absolutely pathetic, and we wasted half a day because of these people.

The Container Store is the temple where clutter goes for an exorcism. It's basically Disneyland for people that organize their clothes by color. The Container Store will feed your executive dysfunction habit. 5 stars. Solid gold.

Came in here to look around and needed to use the restroom. They close at 8pm so tell me why at 7pm the bathrooms are closed?! The cashier was rude when I asked for the code for the door saying “we’re closing soon so the bathrooms are closed for the night” I’m sorry.. an hour early? That’s insane. When the container store was first opened there was not a code for the bathroom door.. so I’m not sure what happened or how lazy the store employees are but for the amount of money they charge in that place the least they could be doing is giving open access to a dang bathroom.

Wow! The container store is an organizers dream come true! Anything you can imagine to organize all your belongings you will find at this location. The only downside is the cost obviously. But most things are somewhat reasonable. Few items are very overpriced though. The container store is not surprisingly well organized.enjoy!

When organizing any room in your house or office, this chain of stores has more items under one roof than any other store. It’s an organizers dream! I experienced friendly service at this location.

Made an online order for store picked up (2) sets of front door drop shoe containers 2 out of the 12 were broke the only solution the manager had was a vague apology and to bring them back. I asked what Could be done to accommodate my time and gas money for a 50 mile round-trip. Her response nothing. I will be making full return of the entire order and will not recommend this store anyone else.
