Checking in and out was very easy, even extended my stay and was having issues online, an agent at the desk assisted very quickly. Each time I had to interact with any staff member they were polite and knowledgeable, very attentive and efficient. The hotel was amazing, the amenities were perfect, and everything was accessible from food to entertainment. Room service was on point, from the time I called to order to the time they arrive and set up your meal, no matter how much you’ve spent on the order. My husband and I went to STK the 1st night and then wanted it again but overslept. We ended up ordering the filet from room service at 2am and it was actually better than STK. The filet, the mashed potatoes, and the asparagus were all better tasting than STK, which was great don’t get me wrong. Bell hop was quick and set my luggage up for me. I ordered a room set up which there was a mixup with and concierge was quick with a desired solution. The terrace suite was amazing, the layout, the room amenities and the room seemed sound proof. Terrace view was beautiful, we had the mountains and the strip. Casino was entertaining and there was plenty of places to eat along the walk. The hotel is conveniently located with walkways taking you to Vdara/Aria/Belagio and a lot of shops. The tablets to control the room was a plus! Controlled air, had a list of amenities and was interactive. Definitely a 10 out of 10

Don’t bother. Cosmopolitan is more of a 3 star hotel. I got “upgraded” to the executive suite and everything was broken. Handle for sliding door. Towel bar. USB port. Light switch.Will not be back again.

They had music blasting outside until 4 am. Not able to sleep at all with the loud bass blaring. Horrible night. Our friends in another room had the same experience.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is an enormous hotel with a great collection of bars and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and made for an enjoyable stay. It is in a great location on the strip which made it easy to explore around the area. Other people had mentioned poor customer service but that wasn’t our experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It is an expensive stay but I would come back.

Location is great and staff were friendly, but you can obviously tell that management is all about the money and not about giving the guests the best experience. Rooms were "cleaned" but still dusty. Fruit bowls in the public areas were dusty as well, in 5 star hotels they should be clean and have fruit in them. If this were a 3 star hotel I'd give them a 4 or 5 rating, but you expect more for a 5 star hotel. They are obviously understaffed but instead of not taking more guests and giving 5 star quality, they take as much as they can and cut corners elsewhere. Another example of this is putting a minimum of $75 on room service because they don't have the staff to handle smaller orders, if you can handle one person's need for room service then you shouldn't have that many guests. I can't eat $75 of room service on my own. And there's more, like old razor left in bathroom, door to bathroom smudged with something, what looked like a tick or bed bug in the room, couldn't tell, just killed it right away. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.Rooms: Rooms were nice but not well kept due to staff shortages.Nearby activities: Central location on the strip, great for that.

Hotel was nice, the check-in process was ridiculous, waiting in line for over a 1/2 hour. Once we were in our room we realized there were no robes, one of the faucets did not work, the toilet “ran” constantly. I am disappointed in such a nice hotel. Also the meal at the Outlook was not great. Not sure we will be staying here again.Rooms: Room was actually a nice size, we did appreciate the sitting area.

The interior is very nice 5 star for that but the bathtub was broken and junky and not very well cleaned.. the check-in was a long line and we missed the wedding ceremony hence the less star. If you could add that there may be a wait line 30min to an hour at the check in line on the confirmation email to warn people ahead of time would be splendid ?

It's alright. Decent rooms. The crowd is young and rude (I'm a young person.)None of the restaurants were anything to write home about and the casino floor layout is lame and small.
