This was my first time ever visiting a laundromat because my washing machine recently broke, and unfortunately my experience here was extremely disappointing. I came in not knowing how everything works, since I’ve never used a laundromat before. I saw a cart sitting off to the side that appeared to be available, so I used it. I didn’t realize there were rules about certain carts belonging to certain people or areas.
Instead of simply explaining the situation, the woman working there spoke to us in a way that felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. The tone, the attitude, and the way she approached us made the situation feel much bigger than it needed to be. As paying customers just trying to figure things out for the first time, we should not have been talked to like that.
On top of that, the overall energy in the place made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I can’t say for sure what anyone’s intentions were, but the looks we received and the way we were treated made me feel singled out in a way that felt personal. I walked away questioning whether bias or prejudice might have been a factor. Whether or not that was the case, no customer should ever feel that way.
Between the disrespectful interaction, the lack of clear guidance for first-time customers, and the uncomfortable atmosphere, this was a very negative experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve professionalism, communication, and the overall environment, because customers deserve to feel safe, respected, and welcomed — especially when visiting for the first time.

Paid dollar for an ounce of detergent which I poured into the washer and turn my clothes blue push the button for hot water never felt it on the clothes or while it was running have gone to several laundromats here in Las Vegas when you push hot no such hot water comes out it all comes out cold $0.25 for 4 minutes some of my clothes didn't even dry will not be returning back

Nice people running the place,huge washers and good prices. Located in a nice shopping center with bank, a few food options, puppy shop, and more.

I was just there with my family washing and my 5 year old son accidentally spit up his drink outside the laundry mat not even a lot and the old lady that was there started having an attitude and accused my son of doing it on purpose and said if it was an accident I would of not said anything and he just started saying imma call the cops and u guys are not allowed her just because my son spilled milk outside that lady dont need to work there she is sooo rude and took my ID info down for no reason we didnt do anything to her we just acted like parents and defended our child from that old mean lady even the customers said we were not the ones in the wrong

They have to many signs and it obvious the washer and dryers don’t work that well. We had to rewash a load because the washer made our clothes smell like pee. This place is horrible. Never again

Safe clean place for self serve laundry and they also provide laundry services to wash and dry your laundry.. friendy staff

Walked in and looked around and walked out. Small and hot. Id required to use a cart. Loud and dirty. Went down the street and felt better and safer.

Very expensive. 875 for a triple, 5.00 for a double, 1.00 for 16 mins of drying. I would agree that this is on the lower side of ok.

It is typical Laundromat. We went because we're on the road for a while. It was reasonably clean, they have cin changers that take up to $20 and give you the needed quarters. It's good thing because you may need that bill to finish washing and drying!
