Their noodles and broth are great but the beef portion and veggies are smaller in quantity compared to Shiang Mian.

This is a restaurant that features Chinese flour style shop. It focuses on various types of noodles, savory pancakes, and rice. There are many meats and side dishes that accompany the main fare of noodles, etc. The Mongolian beef pie and Chinese pancake beef burrito are good examples of the types of fare it serves. Of course it also serves the traditional beef broth noodle with 3 type of noodles shapes. Overall, the food is tasty and good.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food I would like to give it a 4 star. But if you’re looking for alternative choice for Chinese food, I would recommend it. Good service, food taste good but more in fusion style. Price is reasonable. Recommend this

My mom from HK is visiting and was craving some home comforts. I was planning on taking her elsewhere but the wait was almost an hour long. With a car full of starving children and my mom, that wasn't going to cut it. Their menu was the closest thing to what my mom was looking for, so we came here. From the outside, I wasn't even sure if they were open. I sent my oldest in to snag a table while I wrestled my other kiddos. My mom went in - she didn't come back out - so it was a promising sign. When I walked in, I was surprised how spacious it was (I knew they had a small number of seats so I envision cramped space). My family sat comfortably in a booth/table combo. The menu had a lot of options that even my pickiest eaters had options. When I say picky, I mean they're plain hamburger - possibly no bun kinda picky). Service was pretty great. There was only 1 person managing the front of the house. The tables that came in after us had a bit of a wait but nothing impossible or terribly long. The food came out fast and hot. It's cool you have full view of the kitchen through the window. My mom commented that the noodles were delicious. My oldest devoured the green beans. My pickiest of eaters enjoyed the grilled beef short ribs and grilled pork chop. I enjoyed that my kiddos were all happy full and fed. I enjoyed that my mom was happy. When we left, my mom asked me how I found this place and I told her I read reviews. She asked that I write one and make sure I tell everyone that this was really good, even better than the noodle shops in Hong Kong. She talked about this place a few days later and told my husband that I had to take him there sometime. Will do, mom, will do!

Came in last night after the wait at Shang Artisan was an 1.5 hours. The Noodle Man didn't not have a wait and the service and food was top notch! There was only one server working and she took it like a champ! She waited four tables and managed to provide timely assistance. This location is not big, it only had five tables and a bar for customers to watch the noodles being made. My wife and I ordered with our eyes and not our stomachs because we ordered two appetizers and two entrees. We ordered the beef rolls, scallion pancakes, chicken knife cut noodles, and the duck noodle. The flavors were finger licking good. I wished they gave more sauce for the beef rolls, and that the noodles had a spice level.

The menu at The Noodle Man is extensive, with a wide variety of noodle dishes, stir-fries, and dumplings. Some of the most popular dishes include the Chow Mein, and the Spicy Wontons. The noodles are all made fresh daily, and the sauces are made with care. The vegetables are also fresh and crisp. The service at The Noodle Man is friendly and efficient. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu and can help you choose the right dish. The restaurant is also reasonably priced, making it a great option for a casual meal.Overall, The Noodle Man is a great place to get a delicious and authentic Chinese meal. The food is fresh, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas.

Having car serviced up the street walked here. so glad I did. The food was made fresh as I watched from the counter. I got the Chef's Special fish fried rice with a Thai tea. It was absolutely delicious and a family size portion. I'll get 4-5 meals out of one serving. The Thai teas was refreshing and went well with the meal. I'll be back and am looking forward to trying other dishes.

Cute little spot, waitress was very attentive, food was good! The portions/size of the dim sum were smaller than our usual go to spot, but this place was much closer so we decided to give it a chance. Overall happy with the experience and will definitely come back again/order out!

The service was wonderful! The food was just ok. The flavors were good but nothing I'll crave. The lychee iced tea was delicious!

Delicious food, large portions, good price, and great staff. The chicken and mushrooms was devine and the spiced cucumbers were so good I wanted more! The beef tenderloin noodles soup was perfectly spiced and the five spice blend made the beef incredibly succulent. We are definitely coming back! ???

Food was good. Little gem. However, not sure on the cleaniness. Asked for an extra bowl.the waitress hands were dirty and left a greasy thumbprint in the bowl. Why hold bowls like that?

This is a Very interesting place to review.Immediately after taste of the food this place doesn't have five stars food is excellent. The fungus salad- not quite sure what it is but it delivered on Taste! Tip: If you are in textures person this may not be the dish for you; However it's so cheap that I think it's worth trying, if you don't like it... it is totally worth the risk of the 5 to 7 dollars you invested. However the place is really small received they only have one server running around at crime lunchtime although she was really nice And did all that she could to accommodate even recommending a couple of great this one server is not enough with your food taste this good!Tip: ask for the spicy sauce if you get the broth.Tip: Thai Tea is brewed... not from powder, generous size and cheapTip: Broth noodle dishes seem to come out faster than others Super generous Portion sizes... Even for lunchSo take a break from that expensive food down town in city center and come get some of this!!!I don't like to go back to the same place 2x in the same trip while traveling, but this place... I DONT KNOW #ENCORE
