First of all, throughout quarantine I gained 20 pounds. I decided I needed to get back to feeling like myself, so I contacted The Playground Gym. I am extremely careful in regard to the pandemic, so going to an intimate gym with the highest sanitation standards was a Must. That’s exactly what I found here. In the last few months with Farrah I have watched myself shrink and my confidence grow. Through exercise, nutrition, and accountability coaching I feel the best I have in a very long time. Aside from all that, I feel safe going to the gym and that’s just as important as the results Farrah gets with her system. I can’t wait to see this gym grow and take all of the upcoming fitness classes it has to offer!

My favorite is the one on one training. Lots of fun. Very professional. Conscience of your personal injuries and it helps with Rehabilitation of that muscle group. Very motivating and positive energy.

Best place I’ve found to work out and get great results !!!! I drive 20 mins to come work out here and it’s worth every mile !!! I’ve lost 2 lbs every week and I’ve only had nine sessions !!! It’s fun friendly and effective!!!!!!
