I’ve been going to the Encore Salon for a little over a year now and absolutely love Annie! She has always done a phenomenal job with my hair color and cut. It’s hard to find someone to do bangs the way I like them and Annie does them perfectly. My hair looks amazing and I can even style it myself to make it look good. My husband also thinks my hair is beautiful. Love it!

TERRIBLE pedicure. Feet were still dry and cracked afterwards. She applied three coats of polish, and the color was still patchy. Top coat was not applied evenly, and she even missed a significant portion of my big toe. Where the top coat was applied, parts of it didn't cure correctly and made it cloudy. I don't know how they could possibly charge $270 for this. I've had better pedicures for $30. They don't even give a complimentary beverage at that price point!
UPDATE: I emailed customer service as directed by the response to this review, and they never replied. Just doubling down on being awful.

Don’t waste your money, and more importantly time. Very low quality standards for their services.
I went in for a gel manicure, gel pedicure, lip wax and a hair blowout. (10am-3:45) These are very common services that all salons should be able to do well. My total for the day was $798. My blowout was frizzy and although I asked for waves, I received a messy beachy look that didn’t even last through to the evening. My lip wax left me with a cut in the corner of my mouth. My nails are very thick, not shaped uniformly, and have bubbles in the lacquer. The pedicure is the only service that was done well. I would never bat an eye to paying $800 if the quality calls for it, but when it’s poor quality work, plus grossly over priced. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Two days later I went to DryBar across the street in the fashion show mall. I paid $95 (including tip) and had a beautiful blowout with Hollywood waves that lasted for 3/4 days.

Went in for a pedicure and scrub massage for my sore legs from walking strip last night. Dawn is an expert on what she does. She's gentle doesn't rush or dig in your toenails. She massages with good pressure. Highly recommend her.

Skye did an amazing job on a cut and some babylights. My girl at home was unavailable and the salon at Wynn had an opening while I was here for a conference. Skye is friendly and efficient. She makes good conversation. I get compliments on my hair all the time because of Skye.

Picture on the right is what I asked for, pic on left is what I walked out with $488 later not even a cut, just color. The gentleman that did this I think his name was Carlos, Hispanic older gentleman said he had worked there for many years. He stopped in the middle of my hair appointment to buy new scissors from a vendor who came in. 20% tip automatic which is not what I would have left him. I had it color corrected when I got back home. I was told he gave me hot roots. Not pleased at all. Hair done at salon on Feb 21, 2024.

I have visited the encore as well the Wynn salon and spa and overall, the salon itself is nice. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff are friendly. However, my experience was dampened by a few factors, primarily the mandatory 20% tipping policy.
While I consider myself a generous person and have no issue tipping above 20% for exceptional service, being obliged to tip at least 20% regardless of the quality of service felt uncomfortable. As a business owner myself, I believe in rewarding excellence, but tipping should be voluntary and reflective of the service received.
Unfortunately, the service did not quite meet my expectations. While some of the services was satisfactory, when it come to the hair cut it fell short of the precision and attention to detail I usually expect. Despite this, I still felt obligated to tip the full 20%, which left me feeling dissatisfied as a customer.
Overall, while the salon itself is aesthetically pleasing and the staff are pleasant with some room for improvement as we are still not in the robots Era, the mandatory tipping policy and lackluster service detracted from the overall experience. I hope the salon considers revisiting their tipping policy to provide customers with more flexibility and ensure that tips are truly earned through exceptional service and don’t obligate customers to tip if we don’t feel it was well deserved. ????

The Encore Hotel in Las Vegas has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Vegas, the suite I stayed in was spacious and large and it included a living room and a bedroom with a stunning view as you can see in the video.

Like everything in the Encore, it's extremely well equipped. Generous. Friendly and courteous service. You pay top dollar for all of this.

Best for massages, but if you are looking or facilities and day spa alone I would choose Venetian. I am always on the look out for best massages and loved their restorative arnica, beats all massages on strip.

WOW! This salon is huge and very elegant. I had a "blowout" which is a color touch-up, shampoo, blow dry and curling iron to add curl and volume to my hair. My hair has never looked so good and felt so clean and shiny. I was there for 2 hours of pampering. My stylist Katie was super. She chose a color that blended with my hair perfectly. I was offered champagne or tea. The shampoo was the best. My hair was shampooed two times and the Katie did a temple massage and massage all over my head! So nice! She spent a long time shampooing my hair! All the products used were excellent: L'Oreal Professional hair color, Kerastase shampoo, conditioner and thermique blow-dry primer & hairspray. I was there on a Thursday at noon. The salon was busy, but they had enough staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's so nice to treat yourself and I felt it was worth it!Services: Hairstyling

It was decent. I was satisfied with the manicure I received and price was good.I was a little disappointed they couldn't help me with my hair treatment and styling request. But that's ok I guess. Can't be perfect in everything.Ambience is good.

I had both a pedicure and manicure. If it had not been for the lovely technician doing my pedicure, I would have rated the experience a total zero. My pedicure looked nice and the service was good and professional.Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the manicure. The manicurist was extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t recall her name but she mentioned that she is from Hawaii. Beware if she attempts your manicure! Her main focus was on a ripped cuticle on my right thumb. She literally carried on throughout the entire experience- rudely commenting about it. She asked me if I enjoyed eating my own skin. When I told her that I did not bite my cuticle, she ignored me and continued to tell me that she sees lots of “ crazy” customers that “eat their own skin”. I could see that the pedicurist felt uncomfortable with the conversation and several times she attempted to change the topic, however the manicurist continued with her relentless insults. ( Btw, the manicure and pedicure are done simultaneously, which I did not enjoy either.)Overall, the “ luxury “ salon delivered a subpar experience. Don’t waste your money.Services: Pedicure

Ok here's my very honest review: I got a pedicure here which cost $110 + tax and tip. I did not get anything fancy no extras or gel just the basic pedicure. Pros: The lady who did my service was super sweet and professional and did a good job. She was so pleasant and courteous throughout. Cons: The price is insane and no matter what cannot be justified. Luckily I had a spa credit otherwise I would never have paid the price for the pedicure that I could get anywhere else for $30-$40. Since I had a spa credit, I pre charged the service to my room since I was staying there while booking my appointment. What I found odd was when I was signing the authorization form, the lady at the counter added a 20% gratuity "for my convenience" 3 hours before I was due for the service. Although I was planning to tip that anyway, I found it odd and uncomfortable that it was added BEFORE my service. I think the customer should be allowed to tip after the service or asked at least as a courtesy instead of saying I added this for you sign here... very bizarre. Overall, if you have a spa credit definitely do it otherwise I can't honestly say the prices are justified because they're not.
