Not even deserve a star. I would give zero star. Theft in that UPS store location on Farm Rd. NV. The store manager attempted to steal my package. UPS refused to give refund back on missed promise of next day air shipping first shift. It supposed to arrive next day at 8am, but didn’t arrive until 2 days later, after multiple calls complaining about theft. Package was dropped off at the store on Farm rd., but all other employees couldn’t find it. After multiple calls to their corporate office, the store manager took it and dropped it off at a near by UPS store (according to tracking).
I NEVER trust shipping via UPS EVER again in my life.. and will pass it down in generations.

The guy with the long hair is very rude to people of color. I will never come back to this location and probably never another UPS.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. I’ve been to this location before and felt like they were trying to overcharge me, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the two young guys working there just didn’t know what they were doing.
This time, I’m pretty sure it was the owner. I brought in an envelope to send certified mail—no return receipt, nothing overnight. He first quoted me over $100, then $80-something, and finally $30-something. I told him the same thing happened the last time I was here, and when I went to a different UPS store, it only cost me $10.
As I started to walk out, he suddenly says, “You didn’t give me a chance to tell you—we can do it for $14.” I couldn’t help but think, why not just say that from the beginning?
It really feels like they’re trying to hustle people at this location.

Wow what an easy process .I walked in was greeted warmly and told the Notary would be right with me, he was at the counter in less than 5 minutes. He asked what I needed and began the process, all in all I was in the store less than 10 minutes. I will definitely return to this location if I need anything else taken care of. I have returned items for shipping at this location before and was very pleased with the service then as well.Great location, great staff, great experience.

Now I completely understand the 3.2 rating online for this store. I called and was talking to the manager of the store calmly and because she did not like what I was questioning her about she hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Christine the manager should not have a job. There are more pleasant people out there that would love Christine’s job and would bring up the stores rating. This was all over an Amazon return. We were told to take package to a freight store. Just left another UPS store and they took it no problem. It was not a freight store either. Some people do not want to do their jobs. The strangest part of the “Owners” reply on our review is that we did not walk into this ups store demanding or asking to be waited on before anyone else. They refused to take our return package. Extremely confused by this reply. I guess they have several upset customers because of their lack of customer service skills. I would stay far away from them. There reviews number speaks for itself. We were not rude at all.

This has got to be the worst ups in town solely due to the unprofessionalism from the manager , she is always right never wrong , and fails to do her job when it’s required of her, I had a package get sent to her store for pickup about a week ago & when I first arrived she was very confident in saying that she didn’t have it and wouldn’t even bother checking till I called back 4 hours later and asked again to a got a snappy response from the manager basically accusing me of not being able to show valid ID for pickup and attempting to belittle me, long story short I showed up to the location showed Identification and got my package and did all of while Christine the manager had the dirtiest look on her face , seriously need a new manager she is bottom of the barrel worst of the worst 🤢🤢

Worst ups store out there , solely due to the incompetence of the normal team members and the nasty rude unprofessional behavior conducted by the manager Christine , and with a manager like that it’s no wonder the normal workers are the way they are , Christine is on a POWER TRIP over her ups management job and thinks she is above the law of customer service and doesn’t have to keep good relations with customers , I’m sure you’ve noticed your store rating drop drastically since Christine has become manager at that location and maybe you should take it into consideration and maybe get someone who is little more inclined to deal with customers professionally … I was inside and has waited over 2 hours to be assisted and finally when it was my turn to walk up to the counter Christine told me she isn’t taking anymore customers due to the size of my package and it being near closing times, never in my life will I ever return to this ups as long as Christine is there

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I came in with a very heavy package that needed to be shipped, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They immediately brought out a dolly, and brought the package in from my car for me, and made the whole process quick and easy. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, and professional. I really appreciated their excellent service!

I will not be returning to this location ever again. Which is unfortunate because it's close to my house. I will only use the one in the Target parking lot. The owners there are amazing.
Last Thursday morning I paid $55 for a 4lb box to be shipped. I told the employee it needed to arrive quickly, preferably 1-2 days max.
My options were $120 or $55 so I chose the $55. It's been a week!
She showed me on my ticket that it would be arriving on Saturday. The ticket states "Saturday Delivery".
Well now it's Tuesday afternoon. The recipient of the box is no longer able to pick it up.
I asked for a refund and they said no. They said that " it's an estimated delivery time". A 3 day difference is extreme. Especially when you tell them it had to arrive at a certain time.

Worst UPS experience I had. Overloaded distracted lady took my package, dropped it to the floor. Now it's lost. I had my original educational credentials in this package. You guys destroyed my university application. Once returned to the office with claim I was redirected to UPS website which redirected me back to UPS Store claim system. Will never use UPS store.

The staff was great. The issue is that they don't accept UNITED STATES CURRENCY. IF you are sick of the attempt for a cashless society, don't contribute by going to UPS.

Helpful, friendly people who are competent which is the main thing. Small quaint location near a grocery store, a dog groomers, and a Subway. Usually only 1 or 2 people ahead in line and it moves fast.
